On reddit at least self-improvement(I assume, haven't check) still exists, outside of a few sparse whitepill threads on /fit/ there was none. In the end these are different types of bullshit censorship enforced by the same type of people.

it became a hard to control limited hangout to keep and prevent another OWS organization from springing up. you are not allowed to find meaning in anything or hope - just keep clicking rage bait and get excited for next rage bait.
the twatter thread caps ended up serving the correct purpose, couple with bot posters to generate consensus, you corral anons into a framed way of thinking of the world which they consider a victory bc we already know from leaks all other methods on control failed.

Any thread that could be remoralizing was shoah'd. Even posters that were consistently remoralizing, or who took the demoralization value out of a thread with humor was verbotten. BGCanon for example defused any demoralization value in tons of threads that used the 'lust provoking image' + 'stupid question' formula (mods jannies and shlomos liked getting the 'built for BBC' first post), so BGCanon would get the first post, and the seethe from jannies was immediate, it became a meme instantly, it was funny, eventually ruining the demoralization value of what they were doing for tons of formulaic slop threads, and for that BGCanon is probably the most banned anon alive.
They banned the antidotes to their poisons.

You will find our jannies over here much more tolerant and less capricious. You won't get banned unless you're trying to fuck with the lolcows IRL, or you're making an ass of yourself on the forum and being disruptive.

Enforce global rule 15 for vtubers they have to stay on /vt/
Every gacha posts has to stay on /vm/ or /vg/
Enforce global rule 15 for trannies, they have to to stay on the now removed /lgbt/
Encourage saging
For well deserve bans do it publicly
