I've watched what people consider "good" anime too and I didn't like it. It's also hyper-gooner and every show has weird pedo shit in it. Even DBZ has Master Yoshi creeping on Bulma trying to get her panties and she's canonically 13. All of it just creeps me out, it's fucking weird goonbait, it's super spastic and annoying, and it's over the top emotional manipulation. I honestly can't think of a single show I've ever seen that I can't find flaws with. There is no Japanese Fight Club. Their culture and people are too alien to my own to make a product that is truly great.

Also just about every piece of media today has random bits of sex in it somewhere. It's just something that comes from the human condition. Though, yes, chinese cartoons usually have a lot more eye-catch fan service shit than you'd see in western media.
Either way if you want a movie to watch go try Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade. Literally zero sex shit that I can remember. Also maybe the Patlabor movies. There's also Perfect Blue which is a bit more of a serious "film" type movie, but that does involve a lot of sexualization shit(specifically of underground idols), but it's all presented in a very obvious "this is fucked up" lens.
For TV aired shit it's all pretty limited. Stuff exists but they're pretty niche and aren't going to be easy to find. Go watch Mushishi or Kino's Journey.

Hot women are a major facet of almost every episode. Even the first episode has the pregnant chick with the romantic shots. Julia is another. Faye is in the bulk of the episodes. Even the chick in the movie was meant to draw your gaze.

A large reason why I myself like anime is because it's so refreshing compared to modern Western slop. Full of woke SJW propaganda, sanitized, ugly characters, shitty unoriginal personalities and humor etc. Anime can suffer from the latter two points sometimes, but it's definitely far less sanitized and it looks better.

Edit: Also no fucking niggers. Anime unironically celebrates White people and culture far more than any jewish Western animation.
