That's the thing: I browse twice a day with great breaks between. Same threads every day. I do miss /an/ webm threads and /vm/ for Guild Wars 1 etc. There are good boards, but the entire concept is just so archaic. Posting shit, trying to have discussion and relations, but it's all anonymous and you gotta sit there spamming F5 to keep partaking. It's the most doomscrolling type shit imaginable.
Yeah but in these two scrolling sessions surely there are a few threads that actually interest you inbetween the "let's repeat this thing over and over and over" kind of duplicates. So you can perfectly focus on the more constructive aspects of the board culture OR engage in self-indulgent (but still legitimate) doomscrolling in threads you've already read, and there's enough material for both. It should be more balanced, though.

ok, i have moved 220+ posts of anime discussion to this thread.

more than welcome to discuss anime there. we don't have a huge multi-board area for anime but there's a lot of people that watch it. I'm always happy to grow the off-topic section of the site.
What if you made a 4Chan Rapefugee subsection on the forum that recreates many of the former boards?
