Nobody said it was killed forever, we always said it would take time to bring back up depending on the choices they made. The issues with the Yotsuba codebase are still outstanding and I seriously doubt they rewrote the entire forum to comply with PHP8 standards in a week. Likely that rotten apple is just operating in a docker container and is just as vulnerable as ever.
