It's even worse than the 15 minute timer.

Once the 15 minutes were over, you could post again, so long as you have those same cookies (so forever).
But the 2 minute timer randomly decides you can't post again and you have to wait again. And for that first attempt at posting, most of the time you have to do it again and again.
I've had to wait 8 minutes just to make my first post. It's fucking retarded.

Oh, and making threads? It's the exact same thing, but 5 minutes instead.

Got me another 14 day ban (my 5th ban of the day) for posting jannies' info.
The janny actually had an argument with me in one of those threads (I know because the last thread I made lasted 3 mintues and he posted in it, and he spoke in the same way as those previous threads).

He said something like "you expect jannies to like you when you doxx them?" which is fucking funny because it means he thinks users want jannies to like them lmao
