Another sign 4chan is dying are these threads mentioning other sites, it's obvious that OP browses the 'farms just because there's much less noise.
Yet he's still mad that the arguments are not as raped as the constantly brigaded/discorded /pol/,

An even bigger sign is RapeApe using his twitter account (@GrapeApe9k) more often than he checks his own site.
It's inevitable, it's a pain to post on 4chan and you get nothing in return, or you trigger a world filter or an IP block "due-to-abuse" or another retarded trap and you get banned, 'leto won in that respect, the site is basically unusable.

You're meant to register an email and buy a pass, but most people just make an account on X and screencap every post on 4chan and reply to it there.

There was a thread on /v/ about Jacksepticeye being chosen to develop the Bloodborne movie. Or maybe show, getting conflicting reports. I just looked again and it got pruned.

I feel like the mods, admin, whoever the hell is running this shithole these days really needs to come to grips with the fact that Twitter is pretty much a legitimate news source at this point. Banning Twitter screencap threads made sense when it was just teenagers shitposting or e-celeb drama, but now it's the first place you see big entertainment updates like show announcements or something.

Am I happy about it? Absolutely not, but you can't fight the changing times.
 
Is it 4chan or cloudflare that's down? I can view the site just fine, it's captcha/cloudflare that's broken for me.

It’s like visiting the neighborhood you were born in, only to find it overrun with third worlders and unrecognizable.
 
I blame the moderation and by extension RapeApe for the current state of the board. After most mods (who weren't any good) resigned following the hack, it was the chance to finally place some people in charge who give a fuck about the site, but somehow the moderation has gotten worse, lazier and more inconsistent than before. Entire boards overrun by off-topic, spam, ragebait and gooner threads, no one acts upon reports, and you think that there's no moderation at all until you catch a ban because of a wrong-thinkerino, that's where the priorities are. Fucking half-nigger half-jeet destroyed the site, and hiromoot only cares about revenue.

What are you going to do about it? Stop bitching about a site you dont own or interact with as if being wrought in nostalgia will make anything better. This has been the last 20-30 pages of the thread and you all dont seem to know how monotonus you sound.

Altchans remain dead because you see that it is dead, and by leaving it dead, it stays dead. Stop being such hylic consumer faggots and use your metaphorical defibrillator on some altchans that interest you, already!

This gossip forum is the altchan, and it's the perfect space to bitch about this basket weaving site, 8chan was a shit alternative when it came to dissect why the board was failing, bad actors everywhere and it was a telephone game to keep information going from thread to thread, an actual forum just works.
The average 4channer doesn't even know the website is currently impossible to use just because of a single negro pedofurry, being forbidden to actually talk about "the meta" because of some misplaced sense of "security through obscurity" or "no backseat moderating" or "no bitching/who cares lol" just ends up with the imageboard having no defense mechanism, immunocompromised, and it dies from TRANNY NIGGER AIDS.

What really kills every imageboard is this failed belief of "Good Moderation is Imperceptible" which inevitably leads to your jannies becoming this shadow cabal of faggot cowards, it just doesn't work and the posters are going to find out the jannies motives, and you're going to crawl out of the irc/'cord to "modpost" anyways and it will be embarassing, /a/ finds out your username while /vpol/ is going to find out moot is a cuck and make him sell the site.
It just leads to terrible damage control.

The decline is directly related to cycles of the "invisible moderation" failing, first as unexplainable 3 day bans, deception and obscurity, then as schizophrenic users theorizing and linking mods to jews like Mallory Blair and Epstein, then as minor irc leaks or outright major hacks.
And after everything blows up, a long stupor of a malfunctioning website until NarutoMod makes another autistic decision, inside a private discord server, to then double down on when posters start reacting to a mysterious banwave, schizophrenics already linking moot to yet another jew that molested him...
