Furries and drama seem to go hand in hand. Within a community prone to constant infighting, even minor issues can escalate quickly, while serious offenses are sometimes dismissed as mere “drama.” At times, it can be difficult to tell who the genuinely problematic individuals are, which is why I’m honestly surprised this guy didn’t have a thread until now.
Matthew Soltys, best known through his fursonas Nitro Rooski, Cyder the Donkey, and currently Spark the Dalmatian, hails from Red Lion, Pennsylvania. He may try to convince you that the many furries who have cut ties with him (and who reference this thread) are spreading lies about his character and actions, as well as the reasons he’s banned from most events in the eastern furry scene. However, a quick look at his behavior both online and offline reveals a trail of destruction, as he repeatedly undermines those who once gave him the benefit of the doubt. While his reputation had already been infamous within Pennsylvania’s furry community for years, it reached a breaking point in 2020 following a massive wave of fraudulent activity.
For those unaware of what makes Matthew a lolcow (and just a terrible human in general), but don't want to read this long post, there is a brief summary in the spoiler below:
-He founded a short-lived furry convention, Capital City Fur Con (CCFC), primarily for attention and clout.
-Planning for CCFC was chaotic, with Matthew showing little experience and poor communication with staff.
-He failed to pay the hotel deposit, nearly causing the event to collapse partway through.
-After the convention, attendees and staff were left with unpaid bills and broken promises. To cover some of the debt, he fraudulently used charity funds raised during the event.
-When a staff member called him out for this, he went into DFE mode and said, “Not my problem.”
-When asked for proof that the charity money was properly donated (and not used to pay the hotel), he forged a donation receipt.
-He attempted to scam a fursuit auction, but the sale was canceled after the owner was warned.
-He was accused of sexually assaulting a teenager at his parents' house by getting them drunk, fondling them when they passed out, then pinning them down when they woke up and yelled at him to stop. Matthew got his family to lie and cover up the incident for him.
-He tried to launch a second convention, but it collapsed at the announcement stage once people realized it was another scheme.
-When his boyfriend defended him but inadvertently revealed more of Matthew’s misconduct, Matthew dumped and doxed him to shift the blame.
-He attempted to scam another fursuit but failed to complete the payment. When the suit was sold to someone else, he retaliated by harassing the new owner and creating sockpuppet accounts to send harassing messages.
-He then spent thousands commissioning a new fursuit nearly identical to the one he failed to obtain, while continuing to harass the actual owner.
-He was eventually evicted after his landlord discovered he was illegally subletting to underage boys for easy rent money.
-Despite being banned from nearly every furry event in Pennsylvania, he continues to ban-evade and show up anyway.

DISCLAIMER FOR FURRIES LURKING IN THIS THREAD
Matthew Himself
Before going any further, there are two critical points to emphasize about Matthew:
- Poor money management. Former friends have repeatedly claimed that Matthew was constantly broke and asking people for money, all while buying expensive items and living far beyond his means. While precise evidence is limited, Matthew has been successfully sued by his landlords for unpaid rent at least four times—once in March 2018 and three times in 2021. Needless to say, this will not be the last time his financial mismanagement comes up.
- Extreme DFE (Delete Fucking Everything) risk. Matthew has a long-standing habit of randomly deleting, renaming, and recreating his accounts, usually when negative attention builds around his behavior. His notoriety in furry circles often makes him a target; more often than not, once someone realizes an account belongs to him, it eventually leads to Matthew raging and/or deleting any trace that could be used against him. This makes archiving anything he posts online especially important.
Since this thread was first created, I have personally documented Matthew using more usernames than could fit in the thread title (due to Kiwi Farms’ character limits). To address this, I’ve compiled a list of every known alias he has used in the spoiler below.
Before opening it, consider how many names I might be able to list. Someone who is terminally online, constantly trying to reinsert himself into furry spaces, and juggling over, I dunno, ten sock accounts is going to be increasingly harder to connect to a single person, right?

Capital City Fur Con (March 2019-June 2020)
Matthew wanted to host his own furry convention but lacked the experience, knowledge, and resources. He pressed forward anyway, recruited a few friends as staff, and spent most of 2019 pestering furries (particularly those with large Twitter followings) to attend. One acquaintance also alleged that Matthew stole money from World Wild Fur Camp (an event where he was a confirmed volunteer) to help fund CCFC.
Planning for CCFC was virtually nonexistent. Matthew insisted on total control, refused to communicate with staff or volunteers, and alienated the few people with actual convention experience until they all quit. Even so, he filled staffing gaps with random acquaintances from fur meets, and the convention did take place in early 2020, drawing roughly 400 attendees.
But behind the scenes, disaster struck. Matthew never paid the hotel deposit required by contract, and on the convention’s first night, the hotel demanded immediate payment or they would shut everything down. His solution was to pressure a staffer, Tripp, into handing over thousands from his college savings. Due to bank transfer limits and his parents’ refusal to let him use the funds for non-college expenses, nothing came of it. That did not stop Matthew from continuing to harass Tripp for money throughout the convention. Here’s Tripp’s account of what happened:

Despite this setback, Matthew managed to avert disaster. He persuaded one of his friends to put their personal credit cards on the convention’s billing accounts, and he successfully kept word of the potential shutdown from reaching attendees before it became public.

Surprisingly, the rest of the convention managed to proceed mostly as planned. Most of the furries I spoke with who attended CCFC said they generally enjoyed themselves. Matthew, however, spent most of the event casually schmoozing with attendees and prancing around in his fursuit. He did little to no actual management, leaving the inexperienced staff to fend for themselves. At the closing ceremonies, he abruptly announced that he was stepping down as chairman, handing the role over to a DJ who had played at one of the dances. He then told everyone that any post-convention inquiries should be directed to the new chairman, not him.
Matthew had promised both the guests of honor and his staff that he would cover their hotel rooms. Instead, all of them discovered at checkout that they were now responsible for their full bills. Pre-registered attendees who could not make it to the event were denied refunds, and most people who paid for “Sponsorship” registration never received the merchandise they were promised. Meanwhile, one of Matthew’s friends, who had put his credit card down to prevent CCFC from shutting down, was stuck with a $12,000 bill.
The newly appointed chairman quit just ten days after the convention ended, realizing that Matthew was attempting to shift the blame for CCFC’s mismanagement onto him. Matthew ignored all questions about compensation. While no official debt total was released, it is believed that, between what was owed to the hotel, other convention expenses, and the undelivered comped items, CCFC ended up with a debt somewhere between $40,000 and $90,000 USD.
Matthew had also partnered CCFC with a charity (ALS Association), and convention-goers raised around $4,000 to $5,000 (USD) for ALS at the event. Facing unpaid bills, Matthew eventually decided to use the charity money to pay down some of the debt, despite being told that it was a terrible idea by staff and friends. This decision, intended to avoid bankruptcy, led to allegations of charity fraud as Matthew attempted to mitigate the financial losses incurred by CCFC. He then tried to shift the blame onto his remaining staff before going into hiding.
Although much of this information was not publicly known at the time, it came to light on June 11, 2020, when a former staff member, Tripp, made a public callout post demanding proof of proper donation of the charity funds. The post gained significant traction online, prompting Matthew to announce the end of CCFC a few hours later on Twitter. He attempted to provide evidence of donation by sharing a screenshot of a $217 donation receipt made by an independent donor during CCFC (which I have partially censored because it revealed the donor’s personal information).

When people began to highlight the incredibly suspicious timing of CCFC's announcement of its closure (which occurred mere hours after a callout), along with the fact that he doxed someone completely unrelated via the receipt, Matthew deleted most of CCFC's social media accounts (as well as his own) and went radio silent for a few weeks.

Post CCFC: (June 2020-Present)
A more sympathetic reader might perceive the above and view Matthew as a misguided individual who intended to host an event but became overwhelmed. However, Matthew has since proven the contrary. Over the following months, he eradicated any sympathy people may have had for him by refusing to take accountability for his actions. He unsuccessfully attempted to absolve himself of blame, placing the failure of CCFC entirely on the overworked and inexperienced staff he had hired.Unsurprisingly, most furries did not want to be associated with someone who mishandled thousands of dollars meant for charity. News of CCFC’s mismanagement spread rapidly through the Pennsylvania furry scene, leading to Matthew being universally shunned and despised by most of his former friends and associates. While most events for 2020 were on indefinite hiatus due to COVID-19, most fur meets and conventions in PA preemptively banned him from returning once they were allowed to safely resume.
Matthew's dating life and #TeamNitro

Before delving into his unsuccessful attempts to regain favor with furries, it's essential to examine Matthew's romantic endeavors and some known acquaintances. Amidst his various unsuccessful endeavors, there appears to be a recurring pattern of predatory dating behavior exhibited by Matthew. This pattern entails him scouring furry dating groups and propositioning unsuspecting furries, often resulting in unfavorable outcomes for those he entices. This trend is succinctly illustrated in the chart I have prepared:
Authors' note: Most of Matthew's exes have expressed genuine remorse over getting involved with him and cut ties completely. For that reason, I'm going to keep personally identifying information about most of them minimal.
Matthew managed to go through at least eight romantic relationships in 2020 (and another six in 2021), and those are just the ones we know about through public posts (so the actual number could be higher). In all of his previously known relationships, Matthew intentionally targeted furries who had just received their first fursuit. Once he established contact, he would love-bomb them with attention and gifts to expedite the relationship, all the while using this as an opportunity to gaslight them into believing that any furries who disapproved of their relationship were merely jealous and/or intolerant.
Most of these relationships came to an abrupt end after the furry partner discovered the truth about Matthew. However, in a few situations, Matthew would end the relationship for petty reasons. Additionally, there were at least two occasions where he (or a friend of his) registered sockpuppets to spam his exes' dox across random sites in a futile attempt to incite other furries to harass them (while some of these sockpuppets are still online and considered abandoned accounts, we will not be posting them here).
As for why Matthew explicitly seeks out new fursuiters: More often than not, a furry obtaining their first suit meant they were a newcomer to Pennsylvania's furry scene, thus they would be much less likely to know anything about Matthew's awful reputation. It's also worth noting that every ex has photos of the two of them wearing their suits together, all of his close personal associates are fursuiters, and every furry Matthew pestered to come to CCFC was a fursuiter.
Despite Matthew's reputation, he has still managed to maintain a small cult of personality around him comprised of people who support him unquestionably. They frequently appear on each other's social media, liking/sharing each other's posts and white-knighting for one another. Essentially, think of it as a smaller version of the rat-king social structure prevalent in some other online communities.

Max NightEmber
For some reason, Matthew gave Max access to some of his social media/messaging accounts, which resulted in multiple incidents where Max said incredibly regrettable things on Matthew's behalf. In the most infamous of these incidents, Max harassed and sent violent threats to a teenager after Matthew attempted to (unsuccessfully) scam said teen, insisting Matthew did nothing wrong and all evidence saying otherwise is faked. However, it's very easy to determine when Max is writing, as he has a distinctive writing style full of run-on sentences that's very different from what Matthew writes.
In August 2021, Max attempted to come out of hiding and re-integrate with the local furry scene. The re-appearance was short-lived, however, as his attempts to apologize for past behavior were not perceived as genuine, and when confronted about the far more incriminating incidents he did not address at all, he responded by pretending they never happened and rambled about unrelated topics. Despite this poor reception, Max has surprisingly kept his social media public, but when criticized, he will occasionally sockpuppet as "Tezi The African Wild Dog" to throw off onlookers.
Near the end of 2021, Matthew was forcibly evicted from the townhouse they shared, with Matthew opting to not warn Max about the situation until the last moment, forcing Max to scramble to find a new place to live. Despite how poorly Matthew has treated Max, it would appear the two of them are still in regular contact as of this writing.

Monty The Wolf/Folf
Allegedly, Monty is also the only person on the loan agreement for the townhouse (so if Matthew were to leave and/or he or his friends damage the property, all the responsibility would fall on Monty). Matthew has also used Monty as a human proxy to gain access to furry events he's banned from (via placing the event registration/reservations under Monty's name, then ghosting the event while Monty attends as a normal attendee).
In early 2022, one of Monty's relatives contacted the Farms, expressing concern for Monty's well-being after discovering this thread, and believing that Matthew is taking advantage of Monty. According to them, Monty had cut off contact with most of his immediate family shortly after meeting Matthew and refused to elaborate as to why. Additionally, Monty's mother allegedly sent him a link to this thread and Monty responded by blocking off all communication with her outright.
Monty's relative politely requested that KF refrain from posting Monty's real name and/or any photos of him out of fursuit. I reasonably agreed; I figured Monty having sex with Matthew was punishment enough.

Briggs the Fox (aka Embry)
After ACFC ended unceremoniously, it was believed that Briggs had learned associating with Matthew was an awful idea and cut contact, as he has said several times on social media. However, leaked information from early to mid-2022 has shown that not only was that a massive lie, but Briggs might be one of the most active members of Matthew's friend circle. Unlike Max, Briggs is at least smart enough to make his association as private as possible, with little to no public posts showing how involved he still is with Matthew.

Toni Marie Marshal (Mom)
Toni has met most of Matthew's exes. She seems to see nothing wrong with the fact that Matthew burns through so many relationships in a short time, and has been seen happily interacting and friending several of them on services like Facebook. When Matthew was served an eviction notice over attempting to groom teenagers in his home, Toni decided the best course of action would be to call the teenagers and verbally harass them, threatening to get them arrested for accepting Matthew's invitation.

All of the people under this spoiler were prominent friends/white knights at one point but have since cut contact, usually due to how poorly Matthew treated them. This is also by no means a complete list, but just a few of the more notable cases from 2021.Blue Heart Fox
A few days following this incident, someone claiming to be Blue registered for Kiwi Farms and showed up in this very thread, claiming that Matthew indeed broke up with him and that he was not responsible for a separate (but unrelated) incident that was blamed on him. However, "Blue" immediately logged out after posting this, so it's currently unknown if this was the real Blue or someone attempting to ween.
Blue Heart was a small lolcow in his own right, but not nearly to the same level as Matthew. His social media was full of photos of himself fursuiting in stores and restaurants (in fursuiting culture/etiquette, wearing your fursuit inside a store without asking permission first is considered a BIG no-no). In addition, when someone showed Blue hard evidence that Matthew was cheating on them and sending unsolicited dick pics to random furries, Blue responded that they watched Matthew send the dick pics so that made it okay. It's also worth pointing out that based on the above photos, Blue had free access to Matthew's alcohol when they were dating, which is concerning as he was underage (20) at the time.
Sadly, Blue passed away in December 2022, with public obituaries and statements from friends confirming this. Out of respect for his family (and the fact that Matthew has repeatedly used Blue's dox in an attempt to get others to harass Blue for him), Blue's personal information will not be posted here.
Kyle the Wolf
Kyle was another friend/white knight of Matthew. He's been documented going out of his way to actively harass furries who have spoken negatively about Matthew and CCFC's mismanagement (sometimes replying to tweets that were months old) and was witnessed heavily white-knighting Matthew in the ACFC incident. Kyle created the #TeamNitro hashtag, which he prominently featured on some of his social media bios and earned him justified ridicule. Even though Matthew was usually in a relationship of some kind, that didn't stop Kyle from commissioning artists to make suggestive art of their fursonas together.In June 2021, Kyle stated (via commenting on a YouTube video about Matthew's controversies) that he regrets getting to know Matthew. While Kyle has yet to publicly acknowledge if the two of them still share any contact or not, it would appear to be the latter, as Kyle has wiped most of his social media of any mention of Matthew.
Kenaii The Husky
Kenaii had frequently been a cameraman for Matthew's photos and videos. While he had little involvement in most of Matthew's 2020/2021 schemes, he was actively complicit, making little attempt to dissuade Matthew. He also let Matthew guest host in some of his music/DJ streams, usually referring to Matthew by his lesser-known "Cyder" alias to avoid backlash.
In June 2021, Kenaii released an "apology" video when he became aware of the negative pushback he was getting for keeping Matthew as a friend. The video was heavily mocked, as he ignored why people were criticizing him and instead spent the video crying over losing followers online. Following the (very justified) ridicule, he has since deleted the apology (as well as several other videos that featured Matthew) and put up a revised (and much better-received) written apology, finally realizing that Matthew was not going to change or improve.
The "Underage Harem"
In June 2021, it was brought to light that Matthew had been illegally subletting multiple underage furries within his own home. While the specific details are unknown, it was confirmed via a third party there were at least three minors living there at the time, with plans to bring in a fourth had anyone not stepped in. It was also confirmed that at least one of the minors came from a difficult and/or abusive family who kicked them out, suggesting that Matthew was intentionally preying on teenagers in tough living situations to ensure they would become reliant on him.Since subletting to anyone (regardless of age) was a blatant violation of his renter's agreement, this resulted in Matthew being served an eviction notice once this information became public. It is currently unknown where the other minors are now and/or how much money he took from them.
Dear Furries, PLEASE take me back!
In the months following CCFC’s shutdown, Matthew has made multiple attempts to reinsert himself back into a group of furries that want nothing to do with him. So far, every single attempt has managed to backfire massively and only increase the animosity towards him.Note: a lot of these incidents were previously discussed in greater detail in other threads. As such, I’ll give summaries of each incident and then link to appropriate Kiwi Farms posts if you want to read further.
The “donation receipt” saga (June 2020)

Someone gets in contact with Max and presses him on what happened to CCFC’s charity money. Max then claims it was just donated a few minutes ago and sent a photograph of the receipt to prove it. It was almost immediately determined to be a forgery, as someone instead googled “ALS receipt”, photoshopped some of the text, printed it out, and took a photo. As of now, it’s not clear if the forgery was Matthew’s idea or Max’s, but it certainly didn’t do Matthew any favors regardless.(archive)
The "Twitter Resurgence" saga (September 2020)

Matthew re-emerged on Twitter with a brand new account, mostly posting fursuit photos and pretending that nothing ever happened. Other furries eventually noticed that he was back on Twitter and started harassing him, which caused him to tweet this angry post before he locked the account, name-dropping the furry he was dating and bringing unwanted attention to them in the process.The “My Cousin's Donkey Fursuit” saga (October 2020):
Matthew stumbled upon a donkey fursuit auction on The Dealers Den (think eBay but for furries) that was sitting at about $5,000 at the time. Matthew contacted the seller and offered to pay $10,000 on the condition that they settle the payment offsite and ship him the suit first. He then admitted to a friend in private that he didn’t have anywhere close to that money, but he was hoping that with a new character, he could sneak back into venues he had been banned from.He was so confident he was going to scam his way into a new fursuit that he immediately set up multiple social media accounts for his new character, “Cyder the Donkey”, then started using Cyder to contact ex-friends who had previously cut ties with him. Furries caught on that something fishy was going on almost immediately, and it probably didn’t help that he thought it was a good idea to send a selfie to someone:
Fortunately, he didn’t get away with it. When someone realized that Cyder was Matthew, they decided to warn the fursuit's owner that Matthew was a known scammer, which resulted in the owner deciding to cancel the sale entirely. This prompted Matthew to reactivate the official CCFC Twitter account and have a bizarre meltdown. Matthew claimed numerous ridiculous things in the process. Among others:
-The guy trying to buy the donkey fursuit was his cousin and not him.
-His cousin also looks exactly like Matthew, lives in the same house as Matthew, was dating someone who looks exactly like Matthew’s (at the time) boyfriend, and communicated with the fursuit seller through Matthew’s locked NRooski account (from the last incident) instead of just making his own.
-Tripp was a liar who ruined Matthew's reputation with his callout, and nothing in the callout was true.
-CCFC only failed because his staff sucked, he did everything right, and none of it was his fault.
-The only good staff members were the AV staff (aka Matthew) and the head of events (aka his roommate Max).
-Everyone got compensated and if they say otherwise, they’re lying.
-He didn't misappropriate the $4,000 worth of charity funds, he used it to pay back the hotel.

Not even furries were stupid enough to believe any of this. Tripp responded mockingly, which only made Matthew even angrier. He flew into an incoherent rage which only caused more people to notice the situation and start mocking him.
Matthew continued to rage and argue with Furries for a few hours before he eventually got off Twitter. Although he never got the donkey suit, he has continued to use the “Cyder” alias on social media, making sockpuppets in a poor attempt to sneak into places where he is no longer welcome.
The “ACFC” saga (November 2020):
In late October/early November, several social media pages and a website popped up for an “Amish Country Fur Con”, planning to tentatively run sometime in 2022 in Lancaster, PA. The official website set off several red flags almost immediately.
Among other issues, it was discovered that all of ACFC's promotional photos were stolen off Google, the convention’s logo was a stolen stock image, the convention's hotel was the same one Matthew had bragged about getting an A/V gig at a few months prior, and all of the listed staff were acquaintances of Matthew at some point (including Briggs and Max). ACFC’s Code of Conduct was also blatantly plagiarized from the ones featured on the Anthrocon and Furrydelphia websites, and bizarrely, one line in it accidentally referred to the event as CCFC.
An official ACFC Telegram chat was linked on the website, which prompted some furries to join it to figure out what was going on. Ultimately, it was eventually revealed to be another scheme run by Matthew (with Kyle and Max white-knighting him heavily through sockpuppets). Matthew had pressured Briggs into being the "chairman" of this event and relaying messages for him, which resulted in Briggs spending several hours being grilled by furries who were pointing out very obvious questions he could not answer (eg “What experience do you have?” and “where is the contract for the hotel you claim to have a contract with?”). Briggs eventually relented, admitted the entire thing was Matthew’s idea, and then nuked the chat.
Matthew reacted to ACFC's failure by putting his fursuit up for auction the next day, stating in the description that he was “leaving the fandom”. The auction ultimately ended with zero bids, presumably because nobody wanted to risk getting scammed and/or giving Matthew more money.

Blue Heart Fox (Matthew's boyfriend at the time) decided to actively go out of their way to make an extremely shitty callout post regarding Tripp's previous callout on Matthew (even though the callout was seven months old at this point). Tripp laughed it off and in the ensuing argument that followed, challenged Blue to prove that anything he said about Matthew was wrong.(archive)
One of the more disturbing things that came out of this argument was the revelation that Matthew was sending random furries unsolicited dick pics, which Blue makes the mistake of confirming were 100% real pictures Matthew sent. Blue eventually declares that they have proof that exonerates Matthew and tweets a photograph of a Cease and Desist letter Matthew was sent in late December. The letter states that CCFC was never registered as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (something that most conventions are registered as for tax and charity reasons) and Matthew did not have any authorization to raise charity money under the CCFC name legally. If he continues to claim otherwise, he will face legal action.

Matthew responded to Blue's stupidity by dumping Blue on the spot, followed by Matthew (or a friend of his) attempting some gay ops where they impersonated Blue and spammed several furry chats, doxing Blue in the process. Presumably, this was done in an attempt to take the heat off of himself and put it on Blue instead.

In late February, it was brought to light that almost immediately after failing to scam the donkey fursuit, Matthew had contacted another fursuit owner and expressed interest in their "Patch the Dalmatian" fursuit they recently put up for sale. Matthew then agreed to a payment plan, but after missing the deadline to pay for the suit fully (even after Matthew was given multiple deadline extensions), the suit's owner canceled the deal entirely due to nonpayment, then refunded Matthew the money he had sent so far. The suit was then sold to someone else (who paid for the entire suit upfront). When Matthew found this out, he spent months harassing and impersonating the new owner in petty revenge, reposting old photos of the suit and claiming he owned it. When the new Patch received the suit, they promptly called Matthew out for his behavior.

After Matthew was called out, he disappeared from the public eye for three months, and he attempted to reinvent himself yet again, this time as "Spark the Dalmatian". Around this time, Matthew was also sued by his landlord for thousands of dollars (due to outright ignoring his rent for several months). Instead of paying his landlord, Matthew decided to spend thousands on commissioning a Dalmatian fursuit that bears a very close resemblance to Patch, putting himself even deeper into debt in the process.
Note: Matthew's "Spark the Dalmatian" should NOT be confused with another infamous Spark Dalmatian, as while they have the same name, they are two entirely different people.
What makes this situation especially concerning is that Matthew explicitly went out of his way to commission the same fursuit maker as the original Patch suit, which happens to be Don't Hug Cacti. For those unaware, DHC's owner has been mired in controversy and callouts for a while now (though that's a drama better explained elsewhere). Despite Matthew being fully aware of this (and despite multiple people contacting DHC and asking them to not make the suit), DHC made it anyway.

As of now, Matthew is still actively bullying and hate-stalking Patch, mostly by befriending furries unfamiliar with his infamy to feed them a fake narrative of events. It is also very important to note that Matthew's claims against Patch have changed repeatedly since the incident became public knowledge. Matthew has alternated between claiming that Patch is a knockoff of Spark (despite hard evidence that the Patch suit has existed for years prior), not being sent the suit after paying (despite the original owner providing evidence they returned Matthew's money after the deal was canceled) as well as far more outlandish claims, such as Patch being involved in a plot to steal Matthew's money and/or have sex with him. Matthew has also been caught multiple times registering Patch sockpuppets to send harassing messages to others, presumably hoping that if he tries hard enough, he can bully Patch off the internet and LARP as Patch unopposed.

A friend of Tripp's makes a few tweets criticizing Matthew's long history of belligerent behavior, and they are then contacted by a woman who claims that Matthew had been trying to convince her teenage son to move in with him so he could illegally sublet his home to them. She also reveals there are already other underage boys living there as well. The woman would later go on to send her husband down to physically confront Matthew over this. In the process, the husband escorts two other teenagers from the home and reports all of this to Matthew's landlord.The revelation that Matthew had (at least) three underage boys sublet his home (in addition to being repeatedly sued by his landlord for unpaid rent) resulted in Matthew being served an eviction notice by police in late July. He was finally kicked out of his home for good near the end of 2021, but somehow able to convince another furry to let him move in with them.

For years, Matthew was known to be fairly active on Howlr (a furry location-based app similar to Tinder), preying on newer furries who didn't know his history and deleting/remaking his accounts once he started to catch enough flak for this behavior. He often got away with this due to Howlr's lack of proper moderation. This continued until Barq (a similar geosocial app) began making traction among furries in early 2022. Matthew attempted to continue this behavior on Barq, only to get promptly banned after being reported by Patch (with the official moderation reason from Barq being "impersonation").Matthew's Barq profile (as it appeared shortly before it was banned), and Barq's initial reaction to discovering Matthew was on their service. Shortly after Matthew's Barq ban, he attempted to return to Howlr creeping, only for Howlr to announce they were terminating their service at the end of February. This effectively left Matthew without easy access to unaware furries to prey on. Matthew would go to make a second Barq account a few weeks later (that stupidly had the same name and avatar as his previous account), only for that one to get banned shortly afterward as well. Not learning his lesson, he made a third Barq sockpuppet in July 2022 (which was again banned a couple of days after its creation). It's believed he may still have even more socks, but these are just the three we are personally aware of.
It was also discovered that Matthew had an account on Zenly (a geolocation app that tracks your location 24/7) and friended several random Pennsylvania furries who also used the service. Zenly shut down in early 2023, and Matthew has since relocated to a clone of the service, MixerBox BFF.
The "Anthrocon 2022" Saga (June-July 2022)

Ever since Matthew's charity fraud was made public knowledge, Anthrocon's chairman Uncle Kage has publicly stated on multiple occasions that he fully intends to bring legal action against Matthew, making sure he is held accountable for his actions. He also banned Matthew from Anthrocon for good measure, then got in contact with several other conventions to get Matthew banned from those as well.(archive)
While Anthrocon 2020 and 2021 were ultimately canceled due to COVID-19, AC eventually resumed in 2022, and Matthew made plans to attend. Matthew's urges to see furries eclipsed his common sense, to say nothing of the fact he was banned and the chairman was trying to sue him.
Several of Matthew's friends would initially claim that Matthew never attended the event and that any mention of him being there was fake news. This was immediately proven false when multiple sightings of Matthew and #TeamNitro happened. Among others:
-Someone who added him on Zenly spotted him driving to Pittsburgh.
-His boyfriend Monty appeared on Barq with his live location set to Pittsburgh.
-Someone spotted Matthew at a restaurant about a block from the convention center and took a photo.
-Matthew was photographed going inside the convention center in his Dalmatian fursuit several times.
While there is currently no evidence that Matthew was disruptive at the actual event, he was legally banned from attending Anthrocon in the first place, meaning it is likely he will face possible trespassing charges over his decision to attend.
Closing Statement
He is also part of the reason why websites like Kiwi Farms exist in the first place. Sooner or later, Matthew will make another resurgence online with another failed stunt to get furries to like him again, and it will almost certainly blow up in his face. When that happens, someone will have to tell the younger generations the "legend" of Nitro Rooski. As such, it is our sworn duty to archive and re-tell his tale for all to hear. It's sort of like the ending to James and the Giant Peach, only with more being Mad on the Internet.
