Feedback A&N is being spammed and filling the front page new thread notifications.

I must protest at the recent surge of Articles being posted in A&N. Not because I particularly care about A&N on the regular, but because it is disrupting the new threads module on the forums front page. For example.



@Eddie Riggs is in particular a major offender here, literally posting an unending shit storm of news publication releases about churches and mosques. This mosque has opened! This mosque has closed! This imam has said X. This imam has said Y! This parish church is now closed. This parish church has a scandal. I've not clicked on any of these links, but they keep filling the feed. Which is why I know about them.

He is by no means however the only offender. Just now there is are two threads being posted about the Yokosuka burger. I have no idea what that is, nor do I care. By itself I also don't care. But there are two threads posted on the subject, and I must conclude this is being done deliberately as a form of gay ops.

Meanwhile, a thread that I may ACTUALLY be interested in, the ALPR vulnerability thread, is already at risk of being buried in spam.

There is already an "Interesting Articles and Shit" thread. Mods should consider utilizing it more often. Especially when the same type of article is spammed repeatedly.

I think what you're really asking for is a sidebar rollup/rolldown button (no idea what it's actually called.) Click the button to roll up the A&H postings, and then you get a clean homepage without looking at the retard board.

On the one hand, I wouldn't have joined KF it weren't for A&N talking about Rittenhouse.

On the other hand, I haven't looked at A&N in years and it seems like all that happens there is random news article gets posted so the same 15 users can comment "That's what niggers get." or something to that effect for 3+ pages before a new article gets posted and they do it all over again.

Can we make A&N like an Old Folks home where people go there and then you can screen their phone calls and never visit them again while black people violently beat them on occasion?

It's a containment zone. If you delete it you risk flooding the other sections of the website with endless politisperging. A lot more work for the jannies and a lot more annoyances for other users.
