1. Ban abortion, contraceptives, IVF, sperm clinics, and surrogacy

2. Invest in orphanages, foster care, tax breaks/financial support for single parents and counselling for victims of rape and incest

3. Empower the CPS to allow them to take away children from actual abusers and lazy welfare negresses, and enact strict judicial punishments for horrific parents

4. Dismantle the cult of the reassignment surgery so that CPS can't use "transphobia" as an excuse to sieze children

5. Bask in the thousands of jobs created to police, supervise, manage, and support this new system

I will be subjecting this proposal to the scrutiny of @SSj_Ness and @Android raptor. I will only add improvements and not remove any clauses.

No amount of incentives will resurrect the culture of people forming and properly taking care of loving families. Trying to reduce it to economics is trying to avoid figuring out the solution to the real problem (which does not at this time have a clear solution).

Here's the fun thing, a lot of those families throughout history weren't actually loving. It was just taboo to openly discuss shit like abuse and there were even fewer resources for victims.

Discard steps 2 - 5 and replace with:

2. Offer a "buyback" program for unwanted children and use them as forced manual labor.
3. Teach the slaves a new form of English that doesn't have any words other than ones related to working.
4. Take any slaves that are underperforming or that demonstrate dangerous personality traits and render them into a protein paste to feed the others.
5. America is now great again.
 
A more modest proposal:

1. Ban abortion, contraceptives, IVF, sperm clinics, and surrogacy

2. Allow families who do not want their children to sell them

3. Make cannibalism of the unwanted children legal, if not encouraged

4. Encourage the cult of the reassignment surgery so their unwanted organs can be used for food

5. Bask in the end of world hunger and new jobs for police, butchers, chefs, and organ harvesters

Fun fact: testosterone is at its highest levels in women's bodies during menstruation. That's what makes us pissy.
 
I would be for it if:
  • Abortion is mandatory for retarded or deformed children
  • Single mothers/father get far more scrutiny than even what you suggest (IE Whore? Liberal woman/man? No children for you to fuck up!)
  • Economy is refocused on single income households and creating them

I doubt it is actually that. It is more like dealing with gross shit like your tampon or pad catastrophically failing or your period starting unexpectedly at the worst possible moment or ruining your underwear and pants and some women have severe cramps and having a period is the most pointless fucking thing. Can't the body just reabsorb that shit? Why do we have to bleed like stuck pigs every month for 30-40 years? The testosterone is just the cherry on a shit sundae.
