Could this be a poe? Maybe, maybe not. It is really hard to tell, but the writing has a sincerity to it that I can believe, and the person writes against how stupid parody blogs are. So I sadly thing this is legit.

This is a great example of Poe's Law. I'm pretty sure it's satire, but it seems to be well crafted, and satirizing a movement so ridiculous that this blog fits right in with real ones like ThisIsThinPrivilege.

I think most blogs would except Christian Weston Chandler. Whether they would accept him or not, that's a matter of scholarly debate.
