i'm hoping that the FCU gets some allies in general. the space elevator is in Erusean land (technically it's a patch of IUN territory but it's in their neighborhood) and it would be nice to see if the Princess is a returning character who sends support. it would be good drama imho.

ACX was the last genuinely good ace combat game and the Devs are actively trying to retcon as much of AC3 as possible. I can almost guarantee I won't enjoy the story of 8, and because the multiplayer has daily limits I won't even be able to enjoy that.
