What the hell is going on with our Health Care system? Everyone seems to be blaming Danielle Smith for it but I don't really understand what she has done, or if she is actually trying but is being blocked by existing corruption?

It's just more convenient to blame the Premier than it is to blame a bunch of faceless leeches bureaucrats.

The impression i get is that Danielle Smith is doing what she can, but the system is overloaded by legacy corruption and too many street shitters and interference from ottowa. Is that mostly correct?

Anyways, a wishlist for what Trump should make as an offer to Alberta to convince it to join America:
A mostly seamless transition of pension benefits
Full tariff free trade with other states of Alberta produced goods, with support in establishing border controls with other provinces
Full independent rights in how to operate health care and education
No equalisation payments
French is not required for any government employment
