You're misinterpreting what "winning" means to them. GG achieved many of its goals and eventually ended/morphed into a new internet autism machine. No one worth listening to in gaming still rallies behind GG cuz it's a battle that's been over for years and normal people have moved on.

People who follow the SJW cult-like mentality, don't really believe in "winning" per se. They believe everything is a war of attrition, where instead of needing rations and nissiles tou need tweets and followers.

To them whoever lasts the longest and has the most exposure "wins" but you can never quit can cuz you have to continue to maintain your title of "the winner."

That's why GamerGate "lost."
