To tell you the truth I've never seen them in the store. Ill have to keep an eye out, usually I get salmon.

That one's p ezpz too. Just get some salmon with some skin. Sear both sides with massive preference to the skin side to make it crunchy and also cook it through, but brush the skinless side with some soy sauce blend: preferably teriyaki.

Then flip it to the skinless side again then sautee it with the rest of whatever sauce-blend you have. With some additional whatever veggie blend you already have and hopefully steamed.
