The only time it was depicted with any serious artistic merit in anything popular I'm aware of was Berserk. I think you just aren't all that familiar with anime/manga outside of shounen shit, especially shoujo. A decent bit of shoujo aimed at older audiences deals with sexual violence, since it's sadly an issue many women have dealt with.

It's been legally challenged a bunch of times but it's been cleared every single time in the US because it's ultimately still fiction and constitutional freedom of expression. I think it and it's creator are just as abhorrent as lolicon, but I can't say I disagree with the legal rulings on the book for reasons I've mentioned.
