afaik it all depends on the size of implants you get vs. what you have to work with pre-op. If you're boy-chested going to a triple D-cup, they are going to look and feel like basketballs stapled to your chest.

But if you've already got decent enough fatty tissue to work with you can get double D's and they feel fine depending on placement. But it doesn't make sense to do so at that point.
