Anyone happen to know about that one teletubby episode?

I had a random memory that popped in my head recently. Where there was this one teletubby episode, the one where the teletubbies were shitting on the floor and making shapes out of the shit trails they were leaving.
And before you ask this was at my local dentist where they had a place for kids to play and watch VHS movies right next to the waiting area. I swear to god you could hear the teletubbies ripping ass from across the hallway.
