You know what that's a pretty solid assumption, anyone he is friendly with (i.e. Kanye West) get's given latitude and he is the final say until he has to act, and they can't just be supper ban happy like they used to be with anyone who is popular so the remaining "staff" try to find any up an coming accounts they don't like an step on them before they can grow and try and allow entropy to kill the rest - if they cross the line well off with there Jobs if Ellon liked them or gets enough attention to make his ego fluffed up enough to care.
