Apple will pause all its advertising on X, formerly Twitter, two days after owner Elon Musk tweeted his enthusiastic agreement with an antisemitic post, according to a report in Axios.

Apple’s ads had run beside tweets praising Adolf Hitler and the Nazis, according to a report released earlier in the week. Film studio Lionsgate said it would also pause ads on X. IBM made a similar move the night prior. The New York Times reported Disney would be pausing spending on the social media platform as well.

The billionaire CEO of Tesla and SpaceX wrote Wednesday that a tweet accusing Jews of hating white people was “the actual truth”. The White House condemned Musk’s statements Friday morning, lambasting them as “abhorrent”. A coalition of more than 150 rabbis had called for Apple, Disney, Amazon, Oracle and others to stop advertising on the social network in response to Musk’s tweets.

The iPhone maker had been one of the social network’s biggest advertisers, spending as much as $100m a year there as of November 2022 when Musk purchased it, according to Bloomberg. The company said it had “mostly stopped” advertising on X in December 2022, though ad analytics data told a different financial story. Since then, Twitter’s business has been in free fall, with advertisers fleeing, regulators circling, user numbers sinking and staff at less than 50% of pre-Musk levels. Researchers have documented a disturbing rise in antisemitic and racist posts on the social network in the aftermath of his disastrous acquisition as well.

Musk picked a fight with Apple in December 2022 as the company decreased its advertising, wondering online whether CEO Tim Cook and his employees “hate free speech in America”. He tweeted a meme about “going to war” with Apple at the time but deleted it. Cook invited Musk to Apple’s corporate headquarters not long after, and the two seemed to reach a detente.

IBM, also one of X’s biggest advertisers, announced it would stop advertising on X Thursday. The company made the decision in response to a report by liberal watchdog Media Matters that found both IBM and Apple’s ads running alongside hate speech. Musk called Media Matters an “evil organization” in response.

Linda Yaccarino, the CEO of X, attempted to do damage control for her boss Thursday, writing, “X’s point of view has always been very clear that discrimination by everyone should STOP across the board.” She did not use Musk’s name or mention his tweets, however.

Its most likely because they don't have the budget for that shit. Not because muh hebs. Apple is gonna release their VR shit soon and it'll flop. iPhone sales are slowing down. Disney just had their fall tentpole movie bomb in theaters. idk about IBM. They're probably fine.
Normally I'd agree, but the Black Friday period and leading into the Holidays is pretty much advertising on full blast. Nobody wants to back down because the holiday market is so highly in demand, its a war to saturate consumers to get those christmas dollars. Normally doesn't calm down until January.

They're just betting that some big publicity play like this will be worth some consumer interest, forgetting that the vast majority of people give zero fucks what Musk says on Twitter, or what other people think about what he said. They'll probably be back on within a week as the execs get antsy over the season and absolutely nothing changes, while the journalistic class furiously masturbates over just how good of a people they are.

To understand how egregious Elon's reply is to (knowledgeable) Jews, that post he replied to is basically replicating Kevin MacDonald's theories about Jewish behavioral patterns throughout history, Kevin being one of the few intellectual anti-Semites that Jews usually fear the most.
In short, without a rabbi reeducation and apology, without a Buchenwald and Auschwitz tour, Elon is guaranteed to be in a big fight against a coalition of various Jewish interests.
Should be exciting - let's hope he doubles down and creates even more of a reaction.
If you wanna understand the above question, read Kevin's work.

What does Dialectical Hatred mean?
If he's referencing the psychological concept of a dialectic, he means the doublethink of "our rhetoric paints you as a universal oppressor but I don't actually hate all of you" that's extremely common with anti-white racialism in the Western world. and, as Jews outside of Israel are starting to notice, is extremely applicable to them as well.
All the talk about how antizionism isn't antisemitism, while the various Muslim immigrants and their white allies harass random Jewish kids in the streets/at their colleges? That's about resolving the dialectic.

He also might just be using a thesaurus and trying to forge the right-wing version of stochastic terrorism's example of jargonizing "people said mean things about me".

If you want to better understand the concept of dialectics, James Lindsay has done decent work on it:
It's essential to also understand Hegel a bit:

Lindsay has the advantage that he's a good explainer and he's very autistically biased towards liberalism, so you won't get a far right interpretation from his lectures, just some Westoid liberalism. Adequate for the purpose of learning!

This might be the slimiest sentence to sentence transition I've seen in a while. They aren't saying that Musk tweeted in support of Adolf Hitler...but it's structured so that it tells your brain he did.

Also lmao at the post he's accused to calling the truth literally being the truth. It's not even antisemitic, he's calling out specific jewish communities according to the wording, and that interpretation is absolutely true, some Jewish communities absolutely HAVE promoted anti-white hatred albeit not under that name, and it's extremely telling that they aren't printing the tweet, because these scumfucks know everyone has seen a Rosenstienberg #BLM #ACAB #CURRENTTHING (random flags follow) screaming this exact shit at some point in the last 8 years, possibly in a fucking newspaper op-ed section.
