If you were Aaron's ex wife. And you found out your kids had been in that house, and Rekeita's 9 year old tested positive for Coke, what would you do? Yeah. There are likely actions going on behind the scenes that Aaron is just to fucking stupid to realize, or too fucking prideful to admit. No way is his kids mother fine with any of this
We have seen Aaron is a self serving and unreliable narrator. And his claims of "he talked it all out with his ex-Wife and she's fine with it" defy any rational review. Especially since Aaron made this claim before the report on the coked up 9 year old came out. I'm sorry, but any mother that isn't a meth head is going to have some major issues with all of this. ... Aaron may think his ex-wife is fine with all of this, but from what we clearly see, he is a fucking moron. he won't realize his ex-wife isn't fine with it until he gets served.

Going off the attached matter of public record your instinct may be right that Ashley is not the most forgiving sort, but a lot could have changed in their relationship between then and now.

Incidentally her many allegations also included physical abuse of April that doesn't appear to have been part of the discussion as yet. Did any of Aaron's many tell-all segments address this little detail or was it conveniently left out? Will the Rekietas use it to play the hero, having taken April in not to a drug den but instead an impromptu battered women's shelter? Only time will tell...

"Crawl back into the hole that is Litchfield."
The name ultimately comes from an older English term for "graveyard."
"Lich" means "corpse."

Was this a death threat?

jk give me puzzle pieces

"malice and intent of harm" do not sound like battered wife for me; the intense close stare is a big red flag for potential abuse tho. I mean, they could probably play that for the audience but almost nobody gives a shit about Aaron anyway and the wine grandmas never left him so I dont know how playing the April angle would do anything but embarrassing Imholte.

Rackets probably have more important issues right now and bringing April into the convo and just owning the trouple would do more harm than good imo.

By her actions, April has made it pretty clear she likes being next to the spotlight and not in it. If she wanted to cohost streams with Nick, he would make that happen. Nick does his best to mention her as little as possible because she wants to be obscured in the background blasting rails.

She's just a coke-addict groupie.

Litchfield is a rural town about halfway between Minneapolis and where Nick lives. Its a rural farming community, April grew up there and Aaron's insult there is that April is a Farm Hick.

The brutal irony is of course that Aaron, by his online bio, got his start in radio in Litchfield.

Litchfield, like alot of stuff in rural minnesota, is named after a railroad executive.

I've separated the pages and merged them into a single PDF attached to a post on Aaron's thread: https://kiwifarms.net/threads/aaron...vening-show-the-toe-boys.191007/post-18705008

As this document is more Aaron focused, maybe it is for the best to discuss it at his thread.

I wouldn't be surprised in retaliation Aaron will just hand off the custody to her and accept supervised visitation while just paying the barest minimum as a fuck you and walking away. Later on using the i didn't do nuffin i tried to get custody but muh FAMILY COURTS DIDN'T LET ME SEE YOU AND YOUR MOTHER KEPT YOU FROM MEEEE . Ashley i hope you have 2k per month for your 4 year old for the next two years.

How rackets can't provide clean hair test Aaron if he is truthful will probably pass it with flying colors.
You're missing my point. Aaron won't be on trial when they'll blame him. Nick will be and he only needs reasonable doubt for one juror. Yes it's an absurd long-shot but what other story could he invent that would be better?

It's very odd. The order is dated right at the start of the year and he's forbidden from even talking about her publicly, yet he has consistently mentioned her.
Due to the fact that she's currently facing legal trouble it would just be extra legal bullshit to go after him for it.

Worse yet, according to the eyes of the public she was complicit in the destruction of the Rekieta family and possibly in the administration of cocaine to a 9 year old. Going after him prior to that document releasing would look like an attempt at a coverup. That said with the release of these documents she gains public support to go after Aaron for breech of his Restraining order.

Ashley, his first ex-wife and mother of his children, filed this. April is the soon to be ex-wife that prefers Nick's balldo to Aaron.
