I’ve only seen this game mentioned in comments of the upcoming games threads, so I figure it should have its own thread before the game comes out on March 27th, 2025.
It’s an open world survival action game set in the British Countryside after a Nuclear disaster. Looks somewhat interesting. “Features” Trailer Gameplay Trailer
Rebellion is known for making incredibly janky, buggy games with tons of weapon skin DLC but never fixing the bugs, the hitler mission in SE5 is still bugged to hell. Oh and of course they are fully on the DEI bandwagon. The last two Sniper Elite's had nigger boss "women" leading the resistance in france

It's pretty good, I like the gameplay.
If you have Amazon Prime, they are giving away Zombie Army 4 for EGS on their Prime Gaming site. this is not an ad
The Resistance doesn't have a snowballs chance in Hell of being portrayed accurately. If it was, it'd be a 50-way civil war of gangsters fighting each other and only very occasionally the Nazis.
Looks more like STALKER being that it’s an open world survival action game. I’m not sure if it has RPG elements. But it also has the retro futurism stuff somewhat. It’s set in 1962 but I’m not sure if it’s like an Alternate Timeline 1962.
4 was fine, 5 inserted the DEI into the campaign but introduced the Axis Invasion mode which is fantastic and the only reason to play 5 or Resistance. Basically, you spawn into someone else’s campaign as a German Sniper and you have to find them and kill them. It’s Enemy at the Gates: The Game.

At least there weren't any black people in the trailer, but that might just be a sign these studios are wary of backlash and are going to bait and switch the player.
Game looks like it's trying to do too many things at once which makes me suspect its going to do none of the things well.

If you end up with a free month of game pass or get GP for less on CDKeys like I do, it will be on Game Pass on launch day. So no real risk like Avowed.
No quests. Non linear gameplay. No essential NPCs. Barter system instead of using currency. It looks like they are trying to make this an immersive sim. It looks interesting.
This looks and sounds very interesting, I'm getting some Morrowind vibes from what man's saying.
I'm just a bit reserved because maybe this game sounds a bit too ambitious? Or maybe too good to be true? I've heard claims of fully non-linear open worlds and no mandatory NPCs before, and they're the kind of features that get cut or toned back.
