It's kind of been like that due to the censors here being a bunch of ultra conservatives, the board of censors is about a dozen old people who've been there since the 70s, everyone ignores it regardless.

The title also says "all vaginas", so I guess everyone's is ugly as long as it requires being 'shopped to look like a young child's.
