So I work in general the health care field and for a brief stint I did work in the er in america before fucking off to south korea and help in the troonery/plastic surgery field.
Note: Alot of people go to south korea for the cost. Its amazingly inexpensive to get your operation as in korean society surgery is a social expectation. I've seen dicks turned into vags and vice versa.

I eventually get bored and move around. But I do have to say theres much autism to be found in the ers. So many insertions. Its amazing.

One patient went to go into a srs surgery. When the dr started carving out the whole his vitals dipped dqngerously low we revived him but he was hospitalized after the surgery. He had to stay in south korea for two months. When we did a final check up we found his hole necrotic with maggots oozing a foul puss. He died about a day later. Septic shock.

We had an iranian-american woman come for a hymen rejuvication surgery. Obviouly muslim she was to be married to another muslim and was naughty. Well we restored her hymen but not all virgins bleed she was killed in iran on her wedding night.

I also got to try meth once for free when some freaker waved around a baggie full of the shit and dosed us all. Closed down a wing of the ER for HazMat while all of us sat on cardiac monitors babbling at each other and taching away

Another time I dragged a ho’s nightly earnings out of her vag during a pelvic exam. She must have forgotten about it because the roll was dripping with bacterial vaginosis.

Speaking of Hazmat suits, I’ve got over 100 smoke detectors, hundreds of antique Radium clocks, Barium Sulfate from my local ERs radiology unit, a spool of Beryllium strips that I got from my community college’s chemistry department, aluminum foil, glow-in-the-dark gun and bow sights, thousands of old Coleman camping lantern mantles, $1,000 worth of lithium batteries, carbon cubes, some pitchblende, the ingredients necessary to make Nitric Acid, 2 cobalt drill bits and some duct tape. One of the (rare) symptoms of sickle cell crisis is priapism (raging hard-on). The frontline treatment of SSC (used to be) shitloads of Dilaudid. So we had a guy come in three, four times for priapism related to SSC, and he’d get his fuckload of narcotics and he’d go home.

Until we figured out he was dosing himself with Viagra to get said hard-on.

So he wound up with a team of vascular and urology docs stabbing his major penis vein with 14g needles to drain all the blood out. It’s not exactly what you were asking, but he shot himself in the dick with that one.

No, fortunately for everyone, she was so septic it wasn’t even an issue. She was bleeding around the breathing tube with every pump we gave of CPR. Happy Halloween!

Speaking of maggots... we had a homeless guy with a colony in his foot. You could hear them chewing. The resident ran off to scream and I had to soak the guy’s foot in a tub to drown them all and then pick the corpses out with tweezers. That was fun.

I really don't have an opinion its disgusting gruesome but alot who I've seen go under the knife feel like they legit need it to be whole. Due to demand of plastic surgery in south korea I don't have time to judge or form opinions. Now its not I'm not compassionate I try to provide as adequate and understanding care as possible as thats what I signed up for. but I can't tell someone how to feel. Most of time if they're paying surgery+travel+living expenses to go to korea and get it done chances are they're all in no turning back. The doctor I work just sees another check.

Not really most south korean ladies if they get plastic surgery they try to get in a subtle natural way. If you become all plastic like a kpop idol your family is gonna notice. Basically plastic surgery is expected but overtly looking plastic is frowned upon.
