I have the feeling OP is being serious so I'll address it seriously.
There have been complaints lodged, especially on external websites, about people like Cat and Dynastia being above the rules of the board. I don't know if there's like, some specific nuance to how they post that escapes people, but it's pretty obvious when someone like LikeICare is trying to just rabble-rouse. But, for some reason, most people can't pick up on it. They just treat the same fucking people who make the same kind of jokes as being 100% serious and worth addressing no matter how weak the point was.
Cat has pissed me off numerous times, especially when it comes to aggressively trying to derail threads about anything even three degrees of separation away from GamerGate. But, he's a staple. He's the kind of person people would miss if he were gone. Same with Dynastia. I'd even miss LIC, even though he's just another aussie shitposting cunt. That's how a community works. You develop relationships with people.
You will never have 100% straight discussion on a forum like this, and I wouldn't want it even if it were possible. How fucking joyless and empty would that be if we were 100% straight laced on a website about people who shit themselves and dress like women? I started hosting the forum because it was an interesting mix of lightheartedness and insight. You'd see a lot of jokes (some good, some bad) interspersed with novel points of view that make you consider a person's life from a different perspective. If we started banning everyone for taking the piss we'd end up with a board of about 100 people all writing posts like Jaimas. I love Jaimas, but for real, I can only read so many essays a day and pay attention. There needs to be balance.
And, in addition to balance, there needs to be a level of personal responsibility. How fucking hard is it to see that Dynastia calling Dobson "not a lolcow" for the nth time is a bait? Why do I need to tell people this? Why does him saying that give people existential crises? I grafted a fucking bait hook to every post LIC made and it didn't help. That's just life, man. There are many people, they all behave in different ways, and unless there's a serious amount of disharmony from them being in the community, you just deal with them. Dynastia and his kin all contribute more to the forum than they take away, so I'm not banning them.
