Feedback Ban users who reply to serious questions with "
:autism:
" - (yes, I know you can't put formatting in the title, it was just a demonstration)

 • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.

Okay, to be honest, banning might be a bit too much. Something still needs to be done, though.

User 1: "Hey, why do KiwiFarms users keep re-using the same joke?"
User 2: "
:autism:
"

I've barely been here for half a year and it already annoys me. It doesn't happen too often, but it happens just enough to irritate me. Hearing so many people using the same joke one after another just grinds my gears.

Under "Forum Discussion," it says, "Discuss the forum itself, propose suggestions, dispute change." This is a suggestion, so I'd thought it would fit here.

The mods will move it if it doesn't.
I actually agree with this, it was cute at first but it's so tired now I don't even click the obvious autism-spoilers anymore
People could at the very least put a twist on it. Make it seem like the obvious joke, but put something unexpected in there.

e.g.
User 1: "Why do they act the way they do?"
User 2: "
[insert picture of dick here]
"

I deleted one of these posts just yesterday with the removal reason, "ok I am officially fucking done with this joke". So you're on my side.

Start reporting these and I'll let staff know that falls under this rule: "Don't post if you have nothing to say. Don't post for attention. Further the conversation in some way."

Can we really? Because honestly, I'd love to do that. It's tiring to have these as responses.

I did it yesterday, I don't know if it was my post that got removed or not. I thought about doing it again today and thought, "Nah, I got enough chuckles the first time." I think for lurkers who just joined it's like popping your kiwi-cherry: You get all excited, then it's over way to soon, and you realize it's not that big of a deal.

Thank God, those replies are never funny and always annoying. It is literally the worthless go-to answer to every question that's ever been asked and you can tell the asshole doing it thinks they're fucking clever.

Throw them into the same vat of tar that we use for the people who spoiler chunks of their post for seemingly no good reason.

Ya know I never actually seen anyone get banned or posts removed for it, then again we don't ask stupid obvious fucking questions.

Though in the spirit of banning the same fucking thing being posted over and over, could we kill the idiots who respond to a leak about furries being deviants with "but sex isn't about the fandom" sarcasm? It's getting old, stupid, and pointless.

Amen. This joke is so old it's friends in heaven will think it didn't make it.

I also noticed a lot of image macros and videos continually get spammed as responses to similar posts, like the Scott Steiner "HE'S FAT" video. Not nearly as annoying, but still pretty lazy.
