I'm not sure about what this means for a potential work stoppage, but hopefully the next guy isn't as much of a retard and can figure out a deal with the owners.

So, I'm just going out on a limb and assuming that the 2027 Season is likely a wash.

Say whatever we will about Clark, at least he had played and knew the players would want to play - there might have been some give there to avoid losing a full season. Meyer is a lifelong lawyer - seriously, can he be more of a stereotype? - and trying to push to keep the money train going for the players. Meanwhile something like 300 players are getting paid league minimum per some quick Google Fu...
