Brewers take game 1. Difference in the game was the Dodgers not scoring a run with bases loaded and 1 out. Dodgers have been horrible all postseason with RISP. Gotta do better if they want a chance in this series because the Brewers aren't going to give them many opportunities.

The Brewers stranded the bases loaded twice, so "same".

Brewers Rays would be the most hilarious non-watched World Series of all time, perfect timing for a lockout
I'd actually be really amped for that....and I'm not from either area or into either team.

One thing I really like, is how under dogs can actually pull it off. Brewers have been insane all season and can't get a fucking peep outta ESPN etc.

I like the way the Brewers and Rays play so I would enjoy that World Series (as long as it's competitive). Don't know how it would do in the ratings but it's not my problem to worry about.

Brewers go up 2-0 in the series. I didn't expect Yamamoto to have a dominant performance or anything, but only going 2.2 innings was a very unwelcome surprise. Dodgers offense was once again hot garbage against the Brewers bullpen (zero baserunners after the 4th inning), just not even giving themselves a chance. And at this point I'd put in De Paula for Ohtani, who has clearly been reduced to nothing at the plate by injuries. I mean why the fuck not? It should be desperation mode now.

Win game 3, then have Yamamoto pull a superhero start game 4 to tie up the series and take it from there ??
At this point it’s baseball. 4 game win means the Dodgers have more time to figure the Brewers bullpen out. The Brewers starters aren’t that great, so I think that’s what it comes down to. The Brewers will continue to earn runs as they seem to have the Dodgers figured out, but they still lack big hitting power which is statistically more important in October.

As long as the Brewers don't choke, we might be seeing a small ball-ridden World Series this year featuring the finest sac bunts this side of 1895 which would make the three true outcome retards seethe, hurt Manfred's pockets, and put an exclamation point on the league before the inevitable MLBPA lockout. You love to see it

I think part of what makes Baseball so great is due to the game itself the MLB has a harder time influencing it. There are ways of course, like juicing the balls, but it’s not like NFL or FIFA where refs have a much easier time influencing the outcome of a game.

hey guys cleveland also did a basbel yesterday
Rasmussen was good but the Rays bullpen collapsed. Cleveland came through clutch late every time they needed a big hit, and it's really hard to beat a team doing that. This series is already more interesting than I think most people assumed it would be.
