Tex got a rude awakening to internet drama, but it looks like the screeching mostly came from Arch haters as opposed to disappointed Tex/BPL fans. There was a lot of support from his fans, both in that community post and the BPL enclave in the Everything Battletech Discord server (the admin there has very little patience for woke bullshit). So he'll survive. Scarred, perhaps a little bitter, but ultimately alive.

Either way, it breaks my heart that Tex was hit by a shitstorm, hope the fans will give him enough support to reassure him that the ones bitching and leaving his patreon are no-fun-allowed crybullies without merit anyway. If they can't deal with someone talking with some supposed untouchable, their opinions are less than dirt to me.
Currently listening to the podcast, it's a blast so far. And the comments on that video are completely in support of the cooperation. I am dumbfounded by all this and I can't imagine what kind of a mouthbreathing shitstirrer would blow a fuse over a podcast collaboration like this.

Arch is one of the largest 40k lore youtubers. He's also a fedora-tipping atheist who thinks that if he points and laughs hard enough, the left will come to their senses and get back on track to the glorious Star Trek future. Fortunately, he moved all his tepid political shit to another channel recently, so his main channel is not bad if you mesh with his narration style.

Thing is, Tex is an oldschool /b/tard shitposter, he should just shrug and go "lol, these guys sure are mad I talked to a guy they dislike" and do his thing.
In the podcast (which is pretty good btw, just listened to the whole thing), he mentions that in the past people were mad at him for doing colaborations with other people that they considered ethically impure or whatever... I hope he'll get over it and just shrug it off. Dude's the best youtuber out there as far as I'm concerned and it would be a shame if that video weighted him down.

That's some really scummy behaviour. Apparently, most of the fallout happens on his discord and patreon, which I have no access to, but if people are willing to throw him under the bus and be assholes cause he had one damn stream (that was start to finish completely unpolitical) with a guy they dislike, fuck those guys.

Nazi Vampire RPG sounds like fun to me. Unless they literally and unironically used it to praise Hitler and his attempts to cleanse the world of jewish filth, I don't see the problem. FFS, the anime Hellsing is the best fucking thing since sliced bread in large parts due to Nazi Vampires eating babies. Sure it's edgy as fuck, but damn if it isn't also kinda fucking awesome.
You'd think in the western world, people would not have to justify themselves over opnions or deeds someone they work with hold. But here we are.

We skipped our weekly game night due to the baseball event but I'm itchy for this upcoming week I just got a new hunchback iic mini and I plan on having it core out something and being cored out by turn 2.
Any ideas what to paint it as? I'm open to anything, but more leaning to a clan one I doubt many don't kaboom so badly IS can't salvage.
