These people horrify me in a way I'm sure of you have expressed more eloquently than I could, but since I'm the open Christian here, something in Leviticus struck me as very interesting regarding bestiality.
In all cases, bestiality was considered not only a crime worthy of death by the person, but by the animals as well, because the human had led it to participate in an act of utter depravity, which makes sense since God ordained man to be a steward over the rest of creation, so bestiality is not only running directly counter to this, it's also leading animals into sinning as well.

They were featured on Something Awful's Weekend Web back in 2009

That they don't get prosecuted isn't what's especially strange, but you'd think they'd have a wee bit of trouble maintaining hosting given that they're a high profile site and it doesn't take much for people to complain to hosts.

It's not "common" to milk dogs for semen any more than it's common to milk bulls for semen. It's done by people who own champion sires in high demand as it allows them to collect stud fees in situations where it isn't practical or desirable to have their (extremely valuable) animal out of their control until mating takes place. It makes it possible to introduce bloodlines from animals which aren't even in your country, let alone nearby.
There's no reason to do it for mutts. It's not even going to be viable unless it's properly frozen, stored and shipped - and no-one's going to pay those costs for mutt jizz.
