Dysphorics fall into only two categories: 1) abuse victims so traumatized by what they have endured that even at the subconscious level they will make themselves as repulsive as possible to potential predators but are still tormented by the desire for human contact, from which, by virtue of their repulsiveness, they are forever sealed away; 2) malignant narcissists who have concluded that reality must be bent to their twisted whims. The former are post-human horror tales but worthy of at least a standard rationing of compassion. The latter are viruses in human form.
