Best way to cook chicken?

If you're lazy but still want pretty alright chicken you can just take an entire bottle of italian dressing and empty it into a ziploc bag and let it marinade, then bake it all in a pan. Actually on the whole salad dressings make pretty good marinades and sauces for chicken, and they're easy and cheap which, let's face it, is the most important factor here.

Idk, I'm a cooking plebian so I'm not sure if you should listen to me, I know there are kiwis around who'd make anything I cook look like absolute dog food.

Requirements: an air fryer
Get a chicken breast and coat it lightly in flour you mixed with your favorite seasonings. Air fry it at 380 degrees freedomheit for 9 minutes, then flip it over and cook another 9 minutes. Check the internal temperature to make sure it's at least 165 degrees and then eat it. It's like fried chicken and stays pretty juicy on the inside. Might be worth coating the outside of the chicken breast with just a little bit of olive oil though. Sometimes the flour won't get any moisture on it in patches along the chicken breast and it will be safe to eat, but, ya know, it's a patch of extremely dry flour. Not exactly tasty.

You may have to experiment with the cooking time. Best to err on the side of underdone and check it with the thermometer, and if it's undertemperate, cook it for a few more minutes. If you overcook the chicken breast you're FUCKED

Fried is good, but shouldn't be a regular meal for health concerns. I prefer to pan fry it with just the right amount of butter, grilling is good too but the headache that comes with it isn't worth it unless you like to barbecue on the weekends. Either way, unless you're fucking boiling it or ruining the chicken in some other way the best option is to always marinate it for some hours with your seasonings of choice and then prepare it by choice!
