I know that youtube at least for awhile had 4Chan as a "bad word" like the word "suicide" is. You'd have to censor it. "Chan to the power of 4", "2+2Chan", you get the picture. With all the whining and finger pointing at the Farms especially with the Keffals shit, I'd be surprised if Kiwi Farms wasn't in the list of no-no words.

Considering that the 4chan censor didn't work and how much people love talking about lolcows, I doubt censoring Chris Chan would work. As much as YouTube would love to censor no-no content, they want to keep up the appearance of an all is aloud website in order to not create space for competition. That is why they only ban swearing the first couple of seconds in a video, so they can discourage YouTubers from swearing in order to show how clean the website is to investors while not outright banning swearing which could encourage big YouTubers to look for alternatives. The reason why YouTube only bans "hate speech" is because if a website allows hate speech no advertisers would want to be on your site which makes it practically impossible to get content creators on your site. Hell, a lot of people (redditors, mostly) would say that Bigbunjeeeeee's content falls under hate speech, and YouTube allows him on the site. YouTube, as much as they want to keep their content clean to appeal to general advertisers, know that it makes sense to allow basically anything until they get pressure, which is exactly what they do.
TL; DR Gatekeep your favourite edgy YouTubers so they don't get cancelled.
