I think the "lawyer" was Dag, the voice in the videos and the voice on the phone sound almost the same. Phone recordings and sound recordings from videos shot in an open area may sound slightly different due to how close he is to the device and background noise. But if you were to isolate the sound and try to clean it up digitally most people would see that heavy vocal similarities are present.
