I have been working with a couple (Husband is a boomer, Wife is GenX) who run a shop for 8 years. It's just him, his wife and me, the only employee. Both are Christians. They are the coolest bosses I have worked with and I am really lucky they keep my ass employed even when we have been on the fritz of closing up shop (Thanks Biden, fucking Nigger). Him and his wife are the complete opposite of the shit brain boomers we have been seeing lately.
My boss was a tree hugger hippy back in the day and a hardcore drug user. He was saved and did a complete 180 on his life. Him and I schizo talk about how we feel that CIA niggers planted the seed starting with his generation with all this progressive/lunatic bullshit we are seeing and him and his wife are disappointed when they see their generation act like smooth brains (Mostly the ones in government).
When we are not politicking we talk about video games too. He really likes Zelda and Metroid and his wife likes animal crossing. I got him super addicted to Stardew Valley at one point too lol. He invited me and a friend over once to his house and he made Ramen (Him and Wife like anime) and I helped him defeat the Omega Pirate in Metroid Prime.
Boomers have done lots of stupid shit, BUT working 8 years with my bosses has shown me that there are some that are alright. Reminds me of that greentext where op hated black people and he ended up becoming friends with a black co worker, realizing that he doesn't hate black people, he hates Niggas. Food, housing, clothes, transportation etc is all considerably worse now. The problems we have are to great and only a full reset and un-boomerication will fix the west at this point.

On boomer cooking, for the longest time I thought I absolutely hated pork. As it turns out I actually don't hate pork! My boomer grandma always overcooked the shit out of it to the point where it was dry and horrid to eat. I made a pork loin for all of us in the house and I used a recipe I found online to make it and it was the best pork I'd eaten in my life because it wasn't dry as hell.
Mama Zirn was also the same way with veggies because Grandma Zirn boiled the absolute hell out of them. Took me oven roasting Brussels sprouts for her to realize veggies weren't terrible and she asks me to make some for her when I make veggies for myself.
Montana and Utah are already too expensive and mildly pozzed.
Nebraska, eastern Kansas, Missouri, northern Arkansas, central Oklahoma, and Iowa are gonna blow up. I think NW Arkansas is on track to be the next big thing like Nashville or Austin. Kansas City has changed rapidly in the last 15 years and they are putting in mass transit. Omaha is really developing as well. None of them feel "full" or too expensive but have all the big city amenities, so I think costal diaspora will settle for them and keep their momentum snowballing.
A lot of northern Arkansas is already there because of Walmart hq being in bentonville and that’s seen as an alternative to like nyc or sf for ambitious intelligent young people

Boomers are so fucking dumb when it comes to any public projects or developments. My town has a lot of boomer retirees, and they only use fucking facebook for information. They then ask questions in the comment section of posts that is not monitored by the person running the local government page and expect some answer. I'll scroll through them and it's 40 fucking boomers asking a dumb retarded question. They just assume that Facebook is the only mechanism for any information that happens, so when town councils do this shit they don't like and they go and complain they never realize that the shit the council did was warned 3 months in advance on the town website.
I've been to a couple of the town websites where I live and the Boomer mind would just have a stroke if they even tried to operate the PDF filtering for agenda/minutes, despite how stupidly easy and accessible they've made it. No, boomers have to have all their information handed to them and then they complain when it's not.
