A lot of this is biological. Men have their normal T-levels take a real dive in their 60s, and the women have theirs rise slightly, and it makes the men whiny and grumpy and the women roid rage. They were probably not like that in their 30s.
I think many of them experienced what it was like to be "wealthy" at some point, and over time they've fell from a relatively lavish lifestyle to one that is notably lesser and that has sowed a lot of resentment.
That's really wrong. X had to fucking fight like hell technically to get a boob jpg, and then torrents, and and all this. Now most under 30s can barely swipe on phones anymore. Maybe over 55 can't much, but hell even most I know over 60 now can be set up and go fine with most stuff. People just get demented due to age and don't want to interface with machines, because it takes focus. It's not that the previous generation was less technically-inclined in their prime. You have to remember that all the technology you believe you're "digitally native" at or whatever, was created by that generation you think is technically illiterate.
