Are they ever going to support add ons on Android? That's more or less the only reason I haven't switched to it or something similar in terms of privacy. I want a browser that can sync favorites across devices, namely Windows/Linux and Android, but also has add on support for mobile so I can use uBlock Origin, LibRedirect, and Bypass Paywalls Clean to unpozz my web browsing experience. Firefox is kinda slow and clunky on Android in the little bit of time that I used it, so I've been using Edge Canary. Would be nice to switch from it though.

Also, was the hate that Brave was getting not really fair? Seems like there were some naysayers saying that it wasn't good for privacy or something similar to what happened with Firefox not too long ago.

I've been using Brave on my Mac ever since Mozilla went insane and on Linux for a while now.

I think it might've been due to the crypto shit in the browser (brave rewards) and while I don't care for shit like that too much, you can disable it extremely easily.

Braves good, I use it as the primary browser but it still has the googles problems a bit. Braves Tor mode is bad, the inbuilt manifest v2 has depricated I think which means you have to install ublock to keep upto date. Its very good for a casual user, basically an enhanced version of chrome which runs better but Tor is better. Tor has none of the problems of firefox despite being based off firefox, firefox and librewolf tend to destroy the CPU while Tor runs very well even on shit rigs. But I will say, Brave is better than Librewolf and Mullvad, 100%. Both are laggy pieces of shit which consume too much memory. I also would like to know how to leverage Braves cryptocurrency, I have no idea how to accumulate or spend it.

Are they ever going to fix the UI? Floating tabs disgust me on a spiritual level.

Yeah Brave's cool and all but the google search thing is kinda wonky, what's up with that?
Anyways, how about that Opera eh? Pretty wicked, right?

disprove this: brave has an internal whitelist of "approved" ads that it will let through its built in adblocker
thats what ive been told and it sickens me, but if it isnt true or it can be disabled then i will switch from firefox to brave right now

It may be "privacy centric" but putting a "le based" blanket over chromium still means it's chromium. This shit still eats memory like it's life depends on it. I've been meaning to switch to firefox librewolf for years now but just haven't since I cannot be bitched to move bookmarks and other tabs I have saved on Brave.

I've been using Brave for years without issue and I just got a fucking ad on YouTube :lossmanjack:

brave hasn't let me down so far, the only browser that lets you force-paste whatever into the field too :)

least pozzed browser
