When I showed my friend the thumbnail of Suris' avatar wearing glasses, he joked that the artist may not have drawn glasses that look natural. He compared it to how anime characters have eyebrows drawn over their foreheads, showing through their hair. We laughed and joked that Suris might have smaller eyes because he cannot see well.

It also has to do with their opinion of Enver Hoxha, who was massively opposed to Yugoslavia alongside basically every other country on Earth.
