Pretty much every 'I escaped the alt right' freak is like this. Every single one is a reformed Leftist that looks like they will troon out soon as if to compensate for having vile right wing opinions and watching Nazis like Peterson or Ben Shapiro.

None of them were ever more right wing than that sect of Kosher conservatives but because they tacitly supported the MAGA movement and Trump or simply operate under the skewed perspective of breadtubers those guys are Nazis or Nazi adjacent.

I have yet to see a single one of these types that wasn't that way.

This ought to be good... hopefully. I really like King Critical and his videos but sometimes I think he could be a bit more confrontational and no-nonsense. He ceded too much ground to CritFacts and let Vaush get away with lots of unhinged takes too.

And in this particular instance I don't think he can one-up Duncan's petty bullshit and self righteous autism (which is a good thing everywhere except the world of online debates). Maybe this time it'll be different? :optimistic:

EDIT: If someone can watch parts of it and give a summary or some general highlights that'd be great, I can't really get down on watching it this week like... at all. 1 like = 1 prayer

Neoreaction is closer to right-libertarianism political sphere and culture wise. Moldbug used to be a normie tech libertarian before he decided to dress up a vision of elite materialist technocracy in the skinsuit of traditional monarchism.

The people who like Moldbug tend to end up in the more sincere right-wing camp after identifying the flaws in neoreaction, or they go back to being libertarians because that was their starting point.
