Give people an avenue to make their word gospel to destroy somebody else and people will jump on it and betray eachother.

Although the Masae thing seems to be just genuine old bad blood. She did not like his comments about her and this actually is a stain on Chugga. They seem to be going the extra mile in calling him a harasser though.

I'm really waiting for the day where people go after Antdude. He always has to stick his nose in any drama that's going on, saying that he's actually been best friends with all these people since grade school or that he's and ally or whatever. It's purely him just trying to get engagement and subscribers to his channel. I've never seen any of his videos, but from his Twitter, he just seems insufferable.

Knives are out and it seems like everyone is ready to take a piece. As someone who use to watch TRG I always thought Masse getting flustered was an over the top act, but apparently it was real and/or the awkward flirting was even worse bts. I guess with Chugga I had always assumed "there is no way this guy can be this socially retarded he must be putting it on," but I am being proven wrong. As of right now, awkward flirting and pushiness for arguably non sexual materials is still extremely tame, but a heckin' positive wholesome attitude was kind of Chugga's thing, that and his veteran status of being on Youtube for like 15 years. If a request for feet pics leads to the break up of the super old lp gamer clique that came out of SA and late 00's youtubers (primarily of Protonjon and his friends) I will say it had a good run and have a laugh as it burns down.

After thinking through all of this, I'd say that this is a blatant attempt at character assassination.

I'm certain most of you are aware of the recent tweet made by MasaeAnela. While it's one big nothing burger with no discernable amount of proof besides a few offhand comments from videos almost a decade ago (according to the autists on Twitter), something that really stood out to me was their two recent retweets that happened mere minutes from each other. There was another tweet, but this in particular stood out to me more than anything. How much do you want to bet that this was orchestrated not out of a genuine attempt to stop some weirdo on the internet, but for some stupid personal gain or vendetta? It just seems really suspicious, and it reminds me of the skullgirls incident where it was more about people not putting their foot down (or even engaging in the same behavior). And I wouldn't be surprised if this what's actually going on.

I buy masae if only bc she wouldnt have shut out chugga for years when her art was one of the few ways she got exposure if it wasnt for some bullshit happening.
she might be playing it up but going against Emile, especially in her case, does her no favors when alot of her popularity was "that girl lots of people assumed was chugga's bf who also does channel art".
probably manipulating the situation and they are all in some gay discord but I trust her more than emily at least.

It's so weird how they coordinate these things - they put more effort into this than their videos. And anyone is fair game, including their friends like Jenny and Todd. I think this one is getting more effort after the Quinton failure where he (for once) did the right thing.

The Sarah Z/Dalton relationship is odd. One day he was suddenly there as her writer - then they're doing streams together, then he's doing his own videos that were getting more views than Sarah Z's.

Her channel is dying, the last video was 2 months ago and only got 260k views which is low for her. "Emily's" last video was 10 months ago. What do they do all day?

I think the question answers for itself. They're Twitter zealots to put it mildly. In order to live with themselves, they have to put others beneath them. Who cares if the target was an autistic man that they've been friends with for many years? Who cares if it wasn't blatantly obvious that the others didn't try to stop it? All that matters is having a villain-of-the-month to flame over. And then feeling good about yourself because the absolute mongoloids on Twitter are praising your "stunning bravery".

I am 100% sure that in due time, someone will come out with information showcasing how this was all from some petty internal feud, than a genuine concern of sexual harassment.

I wonder how big of a boner Emily had while writing this. I imagine them licking their upper lip surreptitiously before a smile was drawn on their face, then sitting back on their gamer chair among the purple lights of their streaming room thinking, "Emily, you fucking genius woman". I assume they had to jerk off before clicking "post".

My takeaway is Chugga is probably more awkward than any of us ever imagined, and he has no understanding of what boundaries are. Seeing him spam Emily and not get the hint now looks more like a point in his favor, frankly, because only someone severely lacking in any kind of social awareness wouldn't understand what was happening. I genuinely don't think Chugga did any of this maliciously or with a full understanding of it being wrong or unacceptable. Whether that's an excuse or not is up to each individual person.

Still, it bears repeating that if Emily and crew want to get him cancelled, they should release less ambiguous statements. For example:
We didn’t have a convo where we settled this privately. I had to have one of your friends talk to you because you kept bothering me and spreading personal info about me, to the point where I didn’t feel safe, and said friend had to tell you to leave me alone

What does this mean? We saw previously that Emily wouldn't reply to Chugga's spam for some reason; did they send a friend because they couldn't be arsed to just talk to Chugga directly? That'd check out. If Emily had ever said anything to Chugga privately, you bet it'd be included in the screenshots of evidence. So the actual story seems to be that Chugga spammed Emily over and over without reply and he didn't understand why, which prompted Emily to get in touch with Chugga's friend instead of hashing things out with him. Getting the gossip rolling by involving third parties was probably a sweet bonus. Again, whether you sympathize with Chugga here depends entirely on how autistic and/or malicious you think he is.

Then they say he was spreading personal information about them - what personal information? You can't be this fucking vague. What did they say? To whom? With what purpose? Please. Why did that make you feel unsafe? Was he threatening you through other people? It wouldn't surprise me if Chugga's idiot mind thought Emily was in deep shit because they wouldn't reply to his texts, and he started going around asking or trying to fish for more information, which made them all pound the alarm.

I know the idea is that Chugga is a predator and serial social/sexual harasser so they don't even deserve the benefit of having things explained, but it should be their responsibility as highly influential community leaders whose followings are largely impressionable teenagers to tell the story properly. In short, my advice to Emily & co. is: Be better. You can't keep cancelling people with vague allusions. Improve. Grow. Change.
 
Something I've learned is that it is easy to make such accusations if you have an out of context message, as well as a few group of friends, and / or is well known, in order to try to ruin someone over burgers like this. (For example, Mamamax ruined Magnemar's life over an accusation, only for said accusation to end up being fabricated.)
I really wonder how many skeletons do Emily and co have in their closet. All this vagueposting is so nonsensical, it's so retarded that people believe that and don't question anything at all. Hollow apology, Masae says? Well, the only thing hollow is you and your attempt to cancel someone. Nice going. Now what?
