I think the implication is Chugga OD'd (either accidentally or as a suicide attempt) and Tim doesn't want people trying to blame others for pushing him to that (becuase unlike the accusers, Tim actually keeps in mind how people online react to things).

Nah, Vinny was treated like Chugga currently is, but only for a week before people started using their brains and figured out that having consentual sex with a 19 year old and three other grown women in their 20s isn't grooming nor is it criminal in any way, then all of the allegations collapsed after Vinny threatened legal action. It was found that GeePM and RedBard orchestrated the whole thing due to their beef with Vinny, one of the alleged "victims" came out and said that her story was misrepresented and it was just a simple hookup, Vinny took a short hiatus from streaming and returned after clearing his mind.
