He was mature and reasonable, decided to keep private things private unless his hand was forced (which it clearly was), doesn't call for internet retard war or harassment, and owns up to his mistakes while simultaneously not letting the "victims" win in their gay leftist internet jihad. That takes a lot of restraint and self-reflection. Funny how the autistic guy who likes shoes is the most mature one in the internet dogpile by trannies and lefty whores who only want accountability from others but not themselves. I think the only loss here is that Masae and Lady Emily's careers won't be nuclear struck off the planet's orbit because Chugga showed compassion instead of bitter victory. I hope only the worse for the "victims", especially Musae. I've dealt with women like that in my teen years, and they are nothing more than a time drain and leeches off your own well being. Glad we finally get some closure to this mess, though. Even though Chugga may have lost his old "friends" from that sphere of the internet, I hope that he finds that he is better off without those scum.

I only know about him from this drama, but I must say the doc is an excellent example of true gentleman behavior. I really, really feel for him, and I hope he reconnects with his passions, whether that means returning to public videos or finding something else that is just as rewarding for him.

I wonder who the "unintentionally harsh" friend was that made his girlfriend snap to his defense. The parts about him not being able to see her were very sad. But it sounds like he is very mature and grounded and has great friends. It's a shame he was put in a position where he needed to doubt that. (And his mom had to go to the hospital too! Fuck!)

Thinking about the layers of the situation, I honestly believe staying silent would be a worse look for her character, actually.
Staying silent signals to me that the only reason she spoke up about Emile to begin with was because she was expecting that her lie through omission would never come to light.
"Oopsie, I forgot to tell the most important part that recontextualizes everything, but I guess I'll use it as an excuse to air dirty laundry about our 10-year relationship." isn't nearly as scummy as "I intentionally lied about somebody, hoping they'd end up as a corpse incapable of calling me out for it."

That said, I'm a cynical bastard, so staying silent would probably be the better look to most people on the internet.

Massae is so irrelevant as a lets player that if she doesn't speak up her lets play bullshit will be forgotten, and being able to slip under the radar is better than inserting yourself in ex drama like this sorta shit

I do something fundamentally wrong with these people's basic understanding of human empathy like these people are every single thing they claim to be against bullying mentally ill people trying to drive people to suicide I mean it's been said 100 times but these people literally have no actual principles they're not willing to violate against supposed political enemies

I hope he does do LP's again. Not because I will watch them, but because I don't want the people that did this to think they accomplished anything. There was a live stream where a bunch of autists where screaming over each other while trying to interview NCS, and one called everyone accusing Chugga "evil." I thought it was an overstatement, but if what he's saying is true, kind of have to agree. Unless Massae jumps back to clarify what "emotional" actions Chugga regrets, he might just crawl out of this.

I think respond but make it a half apology would be best. Do a "Hey guys *blah blah* I didn't lie about anything but it wasn't the right time *blah blah* it brought back a lot of buried emotions *blah blah* I kept our relationship a hidden because I didn't want attention *blah blah* I am moving on and hope Emile recovers and finds happiness *blah blah*."

It wouldn't surprise me. The breakup sounded bad and she already omitted details in her initial allegation to make it seem stronger.

It's really sad. There's mutual dirt that naturally arises between partners in any serious relationship. Especially as they were dating through their 20s as dumb internet kids. That's 10 years of foundational, personal experiences to contort as ammo.

If it's any comfort, in an interview I found researching to post an OP (which I guess is obsolete now) NCS said he expects Chugga to come back to making videos and discussed how there are games he still wants to lp.
