It's a shame, I actually like Zane's videos on Courage the Cowardly Dog and a lot of other horror stuff. But...this is a very boneheaded video, he's arguing the point that the guy should be cancelled and the best he's got is that the guy used to be associated with a bad group and also he's friends with debatably bad people. But he missed the part that no one outside his cliche of friends really cares or can even tell. It's a very finger wagging video, no one cares that Wendigoon is associated with these people because Wendigoon hasn't let it seep into his content, so Zane is trying to force it to be associated with him.

Even quite a while ago he made some video about the witch trials, and tried to claim that somehow they resulted in the invention of capitalism (see timestamped below). Obviously trying to paint the picture that capitalism is so bad that it was literally born from murdering people, especially women, and stealing their stuff. And this was in 2019.
He's just a stereotypical seething bitch who's jealous of other males who are popular, successful, and have convictions.
I was actually going to say that was one of the classic signs he's a lolcow; when he made a 5 hour long video about Courage where a quarter of the runtime is him crying and hand-wringing over how depictions of stereotypes in a children's cartoon are problematic.

This dude is bragging about finding the smoking gun when there is no corpse. EVEN if Wendigoon is secretly a nazi terrorist, this whole attack hinges on 2 problematic usernames and edgy conservative friends. He's grasping at straws but there isnt enough to make the strawman he wants.
tl;dr: Terrible callout. Starting by unironically arguing the dude is white therefore incapable of criticizing art automatically made me spite him. I give it 1/10, its not zero because it was only 30 minutes.
He doesn't bring politics into his online persona, is friendly and humble, but he's pretty clearly right wing or anti-woke or whatever label you want to put on it based on his friends and the stuff he's a fan of. For example he'll go on a podcast where the other guests for the episode included Gavin McInnes and Dick Masterson and have a good time with the hosts, instead of seething and demanding they be removed like a good leftie would.
Wendigoon is one of the most wholesome, broadly appealing, and least problematic content creators on YT and this asshole thought making a hit piece was a good idea?
