Ok, since we aren't above discussion of almost a year old videos from nobodies and Lady Emily had brought the always cursed effect of the weeb to tranner pipeline, I present you a video that I stumbled upon in my recommended.
I'm going to save you time because I did try to read both stories, emphasis on tried.
Welcome Back, Alice is generally agreed to be the weaker of the two. Is about a trio of childhood buddies (two boys, one girl), one of the boys goes away and returns dressing like a girl, basically the whole story can be summarised as this kid decided to act super pushy and flirty while larping as a girl since he doesn't outright say he transed.
Inside Mari is about a NEET that creeps on a high school girl and one day wakes up in her body, can't get back and there's no sign of the original Mari. The MC is a fucking creep, the story can be almost stomach-churning at times and the manga was banned in Australia because it features the MC rubbing the bean in Mari's body.

Both were written by Shuzo Oshimi, a talented mangaka that does have other stories that may crawl under your skin without making you feel like you are in a watchlist (like Blood on the Tracks). His artwork is immaculate but holy shit is hard to read, you will feel dirty but also an almost primal/vouyer moral relief. iirc in the Inside Mari notes he wrote he wanted to make a story about a guy becoming a girl that wasn't a fetish, and I think he succeeded because I think any tranner with self-awareness would feel exposed reading this because, and I cannot stress this enough, is fucking uncomfortable to read in the way the writer intended.

Wasn’t the twist of “Inside Mari” was that he didn’t actually transfer into her body at all and it was just the girl having some sort of psychological break and manifestation what she thought the NEET guy was like as a separate personality?

Almost all media literacy people don't actually come to their conclusions from the media itself, it's literally them cross-referencing outside sources and rumors.

Say what you want about people they claim Starship Troopers went over their heads, if you ask them why they see humans as the good guys in the movie, they usually formed their opinions from the content of the film exclusively. Most people who claim the opposite heavily weigh interviews made outside the film to defend their position, but that can fall apart via the death of the author.
