speaking of semi-big breadtubers who actually respond when you troll them, mia mulder was caught on r/redscarepod searching his name for people shittalking him. apparently this person is actually in office in sweden, so my fellow swedes: your tax dollars at work! you pay for a tranny who's endorsed sterilizing kids to sit on reddit and argue with people who dont like her
Mulder was kicked out of politics last october or november, apparantly after being caught with drugs in the toilet.

These people have no understanding of fascism whatsoever. All of the understanding comes from three retarded academics. One is that Earth fascism guy, another one is a hypocritical Marxist who later became a Zionist, and the other guy is just a Soviet apologist. These people wouldn't even understand the basic premise of fascism if you hand them the doctrine of fascism, because they actually understand that book. You have to also read this one obscure Italian philosopher. That Giuliani Genteel was a big fan of.

Was thinking more along the lines of post-ww2 Fascism. Franco was there in Spain for almost 40 years; he "survived" the war because Spain was neutral. - The most Franco did was send the Azul Division to Eastern Europe to fight the Soviets, though Spain's supply of fighting age men was decimated because the country had just gone through a civil war. When Franco died, Pinochet was the only foreign leader to attend his funeral; he (Pinochet) died in I think the late 90's or early 2000's, though he'd been out of office for years by then thanks to an internal coup where a nationwide vote was forced; at least 44% of Chile wanted Pinochet to stay in office as dictator, but the other 56% got their way in the end.
Something that is really interesting is when Franco died Fidel Castro ordered 3 days of mourning in Cuba. And then of course there’s that famous picture of Castro with Pinochet but that was when Allende was in charge before the coup.

Franco though somewhat had a Fascist aligned government wasn't a fascist and must of the Falagist doctrines were clawed back in the late 50s.. still was a dictatorship, but I honestly believed Franco saved Spain from some far worse

I don’t think that there’s a good definition of fascism without relying on self-id. Of the two most famous, unambiguously fascist governments (Germany and Italy) and their most famous enemy (USSR) I’m not sure if there’s a single important trait that the first two have and the third doesn’t. Admittedly, I’m not a scholar in the subject but unless you just identify fascism as authoritarianism and begin labeling a lot more countries as fascist I don’t think it really works.

Maybe I sound like a trans activist here, but I think that fascism is useless except to identify a family of political movements that share a history more than an actual ideology.

Fascism in an actual sense usually amounts to the following:
1. Powerful authoritarian state that is often very nationalistic
2. Private property is still allowed
3. Likes or dislikes capitalism depending on the circumstances
4. National labor organization

Some localized variants may have some other characteristics but those are the main four that come to mind. For example, when it comes to state religion places like Italy and Spain were fine with Catholicism but Germany is thought to have had plans of getting rid of different forms of traditional Christianity after World War 2.

If you notice similarities between fascist and socialist government policy, keep in mind Benito Mussolini who was an influential figure to the ideology was once a socialist himself.

There's also the emphasis on unity, to the point of denigrating local customs in different parts of the country. Cultural homogenization.

That's 'cause Francisco Franco believed in pan Hispanianism. And so he was friends with a lot of those guys and was the only one really willing to trade with Cuba.

I'd recommend any of Stanley Payne's body of work. For other stuff, John Toland on Hitler and Christopher Hibbert on Mussolini.
"I make 100k a year teaching high school" - but these types think they need teachers' unions why?

Some 30k-subscriber Youtube channel called "Ben" got shilled to me by Youtube with some 40-minute long sloptent:

The New Aesthetics of Fascism

Opens with:
Never again. That's what we Germans always tell ourselves.
I click on a random part of the video and get hit with an instant fact-check:

Rating: MISLEADING

I clicked through a few bits of the video and it seems like standard breadtube fare: Slick and well-produced with stylish aesthetics (ironically) in service of a general reality-distorting thesis, bolstered by the threat of a global, all-powerful "fascist" conspiracy.

Enjoy 4 hours of anti semitism. Not even good anti semitism. Very mediocre anti semitism. I give it a three out of 10.
Actually punishing war criminals enables Zionists for some reason. I swear if these people weren't left wing, they'd be Holocaust denials.
Ignore the hundreds of billions of dollars given to these people by Saudi Arabia and Qatari governments.
