These videos always suck. I can't stand how the speaker can't just talk about the game. They always always have to do the same song and dance where they speak of the evils of racism and how it's not enough to not be racist, but one needs to be anti-racist. Nigga, just stfu and show what's up with the game. I don't need to hear how much of a brownskin loving goodboy you are.

Besides just documenting and reviewing Ethnic Cleansing, all someone needs to do, if anything, is briefly clarify that they are not racist. But of course they don’t, as they carry immense guilt from even acknowledging this game’s existence, so they perform these cult rituals to resolve themselves of their “crimes.”

Why did he even make the video? He usually just talks about Nostalgic goyslop(lol). This is a low effort nazi game made by a 40 or 50 year old skinhead moding some early 2000 game. There's no reason to play it other than to go "bro what the fuck" and gawk at the racist humor and insane Ideas. The only thing that would make this game worth covering is if it were good and its obviously not.

It's a really odd decision on his part to make something that is so dissimilar to his usual content. This is not his usual sphere and it shows. He gives a brief history of how the game came about and the rest is just him going, "Uh racism bad. Did you guys know genocide is bad? I'd like to make it clear I think racism is stupid and bad."

It's because they always have to morally grandstand about how they're such a good person for calling out the evils of racism from a game that most people wouldn't seriously care about and would only play it to spite pricks like this.

Honestly, he would have been better off just laughing at Ethnic Cleansing rather than getting horrified.
It's the same mistake Extra Credits made when it came to the game Hatred. You come off as a faggot because you can't accept that humans are capable of cruelty, all because you took a game about killing everyone seriously. You decided to be a moral arbitrator of what is right and wrong because you want the whole world to be one big day care.
It's insanely pathetic.

Hell, I'll give Ethnic Cleansing this. At least it's honest about what it's about, as opposed to so many other games, whether it's indie or triple-A. They'll go out of their way to push "games" that actively tell you that it's okay for white people to go extinct and everyone should become super gay.
And more often than not, those very "games" tend to have the support of those who claim to be the least racist.

I remember well over a decade ago watching a review on that game, by a now defunct channel called Video Game Bunker. The guy chose to emphasize the fact that the game wasn't bad merely because of its subject matter, but because the developers were incompetent morons who only wanted to make a power fantasy about shooting ethnic minorities and jews, and did not put any thought into the game otherwise.

Kind of similar to Terfenstein, but made by neo-nazis rather than coomer troons.

This is just reminding me of how several years ago there was that one guy that reviewed a blatant shitpost game on steam called "member the alamo?" and framed it as the most disturbing thing ever. Except it's a much older and more actually offensive game.
