It's only when they have enough drama usually peripheral to their politics that a particular personality gets a thread. Vaush was starting to dominate this thread earlier on, so it was high time he had a dedicated thread for tracking all drama involving him. Gutian, on the other hand, couldn't be less interesting apart from his inane tweets and that abortion of a video about this very thread.
Should tell you something, BreadTubers. If you otherwise have an unexceptional internet presence, you're not getting a thread.

It's likely because of the 2016 election, so Google's employees have been working overtime to prevent such an outcome from ever happening again. It's not to say that BreadTube's base isn't grassroots (it is), but corporate interests are keen on cashing in while fulfilling shared political aims.

Supposedly they're pushing wokeshit on you to try to brainwash you if you watch too much wrongthink. That or if you watch wokeshit, they also push wokeshit on you. Only by avoiding politics entirely do you get away from wokeshit.
And in general if you watch lolcows, you'll get recommendations to other lolcows.

If you don't watch political youtubers on your account (I don't) they recommend really awful consoomer channels like unboxing and toy reviews, as well as Marvel movie reviews.
I've still gotten full-poz mainstream media stuff in my recommended though. You can't escape it. They have the Two Minutes' Hate as a mandatory sidebar on the home page.

Since I don't think "Patricia" Taxxon has a dedicated thread, I'll use this thread to rant a little about this video of "hers" that I had the misfortune of stumbling across.
Taxxon doesn't like Idiocracy. "She" starts off with the usual rant about how the film is pro-eugenics and then says "she" already disproved that intelligence is hereditary in another video. Since responding properly to that would require watching more Taxxon videos, I'm going to ignore that part and gripe about a few other things.
Taxxon complains about how people talk in the film, saying that most of the jokes are just making fun of accents. There are way, way more jokes than that, especially visual gags, it's a very joke-dense film, but never mind. Taxxon of course ties this into racism, and spends a long time whining about the one character with a drawling working class Mexican accent (which Taxxon calls a "Hispanic" accent, and in an earnest effort to be politically correct implies that all Spanish speakers sound the same, no it's a fucking Mexican accent specifically, you twat). This is of course racist, while all the white southern redneck accents in the film aren't, or at least don't need to be called out in the same way. Also, Taxxon liked Dr. Lexus's stoner way of talking, because fuck consistency.
What Taxxon doesn't understand is that the main part of the joke isn't funny accents. The joke is that the way people talk has degenerated so much into slang that nobody can communicate clearly, even in jobs where being able to communicate clearly is really important like a doctor or a president's cabinet member. So you've got supposedly trained professionals who can only describe things with sentences like, "You talk like a fag and your shit's all retarded." Using modern styles of speech that have lots of slang incorporated into them is an easy, and above all else relatable way to depict that. If the future people used some weird, made up dialect, invented by a professional linguist, it would be way more effort, and audiences would have a much harder time understanding what the joke is.
Taxxon also whines about how Frito speaks, saying that while it's obviously not as bad as making fun of accents of non-white people (nothing is, I guess) it's mocking people with speech impediments or who struggle reading. Except Frito doesn't just have a speech impediment or trouble reading. He forgets things five seconds after being told them and can't process basic information. I guess Taxxon doesn't just think intelligence isn't hereditary but also thinks intelligence is a social construct or something, because no character in the movie can just be dumb even though that's the central concept of the movie.
The part that most got to me though was how Taxxon describes the Brawndo corporation. Of course this is the part of the movie that Taxxon likes best, because it fits in best with Taxxon's politics, but how Taxxon describes Brawndo isn't actually how it's portrayed in the movie.
Taxxon calls Brawndo "Ancap Big Brother" which is a total bullshit description. Yeah, Brawndo is satirizing capitalism, but Big Brother? Fucking how? There's no indication in the movie that Brawndo is monitoring everyone and arresting them for thought crimes. Brawndo doesn't seem to exercise any political control at all. If Brawndo was anything like Big Brother, Joe would never have been allowed to pull the plug on the drink being used to water crops, which wrecks the company. Taxxon seems to think "Big Brother" means "anything with a really big, prominent influence that I don't like." I'm sure Taxxon uses the term "Nazi" in a similar fashion.
Taxxon also says that the Brawndo Corporation completely contradicts the setting by being too smart, which shows that Taxxon just straight up doesn't understand the setting. For all the sperging about eugenics, Taxxon doesn't get that there were still some smart people for a long time, their population just got lower and lower. We don't know when they died out or got bred out entirely, just that it was at some point before Joe wakes up since he's the smartest person on the planet when he does. Taxxon also somehow failed to notice that everything is automated in 2505, so the smart people don't have to be around to maintain the systems they set up because it's done with technology. Except now all the tech is breaking because nobody knows how to maintain it properly. All of this is a central plot point of the movie.
Finally, Brawndo Corp isn't even being smart. The stuff it does is all really simple and obvious. Brawndo Corp wants to sell as much Brawndo as possible so they buy up government departments and get Brawndo to replace water in pretty much everything except toilets. Why has nobody done that in all the era of big, nasty, meanie capitalism? It's not because no corporation has been smart enough, it's because people are way too smart to allow it to happen. It's too obviously destructive. Even the corporate suits themselves wouldn't take things that far today, because killing all the crops would actually be a really fucking stupid thing to do that would come back to bite them in the ass. Brawndo Corp's behavior in the movie's past was slightly more clever than anyone in 2505 is, but it's still stupid behavior by 2020 standards.
Taxxon then complains that the movie is misanthropic, which I guess it kind of is since it's pretty cynical, but it's not really hateful to anyone, even the dumbasses. In fact, Idiocracy goes pretty light with all its subject matter. The movie obviously put being a comedy over being a message movie, while Taxxon is obsessed with the message, hence all the hate. So Taxxon plugs a different movie with a message "she" likes better. Maybe Sorry to Bother You is a great movie, I don't know because I haven't seen it. But from the little I did see it looks quite a bit darker and more depressing, so it's not going to be the same experience or have quite the same appeal.
Another breadtuber who views everything with a media-as-propaganda-first perspective and is prone to misrepresenting what they're critiquing. What else is new?
