If it's true that PT and Contra had a relationship (the evidence seems compelling), this situation kinda reminds me of this Kat Blaque video. To summarize, Kat has had at least 5 relationships with cis-men, including "chad" types, who ended up coming out as transgender. Seems like some narcissistic bisexuals, like Olly, seek out transwomen simply because they want to "explore themselves" rather than to pursue a genuine relationship. In the case of Olly, it wasn't just his gender that he was exploring with Nyk but also his entire video aesthetic. God, I can't stand grifters like that.

2/ surely coming out in real life would be so much harder. Family and friends are real people not avatars on YouTube and Twitter. There's a real danger of people turning against you, friends and family abandoning you.

3/ if the UK is some sort of trans dystopia, over run by terf death squads, and a socialised medical system that sacrifices trans people in the name of women's health, then surely this would just strengthen the cause for him to groom out online where his followers and fellow groomers can fawn over each other and offer each other support.

It just comes off as attention seeking and grifting. And that's just this tiny few seconds from the video.

The UK is one of the most liberal nations on earth. Oh no, a waiting list for HRT during the covid pandemic. Imagine my shock!

Psychiatric services and the NHS in general are majorly underfunded in the UK, it's not exclusive to transgender services. Remember the case of Tavistock's gender clinic and how they pushed hormones on the kids almost immediately, definitely without "interrogation", leading to dozens of psychiatrists and staff quitting because they felt the whole thing was unethical. The fact that these services even exist is proof enough of how accepting the country's medical system is of trans people.

The guy is the biggest copycat/grifter on Breadtube, a total narcissist, and, if you go by /lgbt/'s logic, partially motivated into doing all of this to guilt trip his ex-lover into not #MeTooing him.

That's a very interesting theory since it seems extreme that he'd turn into a woman to avoid being cancelled but these are Breadtubers we're talking about.
 
Took me a while to place this guy, I had seen a video of his where he talked about suffering physical beatings from his ex girlfriend and how much it hurt him to admit that he had been abused, especially by a woman. I didn't think much of it at the time except that I was glad he had escaped that relationship. It's a boring 30 minutes but he does have some poignancy at the end. I DLed the video for when he tries to get rid of it but KF is saying its too large to be uploaded so idk what to do with that.

It's not surprising that a pretentious actor would do something like this, it's just an automatic thing for internet personalities to troon out for attention. It won't stop until the consequences become undeniable and the post-tranny explosion happens. For now it's okay to sit back and watch the show for when the real regret sets in.

I've been curious about that, I don't know any troon in real life, but the only ones I've been exposed to make troonerism feel more like a side-effect of being a massive narcissist (close to the narcissism one would see in a truly mentally ill individual) than a sexual orientation or some kind of gender expression.

I mean, just the lolcows in this site, most of them seem to have trooned out only because their narcissism made them believe that womanhood was some sort of superpower (contrapoints, philosophy tube, and CWC seem to fit this description to me).
