Basically you call in, and talk to someone who helps talk you out of smoking, and gets you on a personalised plan to kick the habit. They have a propensity for using some pretty effective advertising tactics.

The demonstrations in Washington DC are being held in front of the buildings of US Department of Health and Human Services (3rd Street) and later on the same day, the General Services Administration Capital Region (D Street).
In the back row is Thunder (Pajama Sam), Nicole Watterson (The Amazing World Of Gumball), and Mayor Goodway (PAW Patrol); the front row is myself, Wubbzy, and FBI Special Agent Arnold M Shortman (Hey Arnold!).
One of my allies here is Shortman, and all are wearing Blissfully Blue Bumpbows symbolically to show support for autism awareness.

The General Services Administration administers the .gov domain, and although Health and Human Services state their commitment to supporting individuals with autism and their families, they can be more sincere by establishing the one-stop website Autism.gov considering the Department has other one-stop health websites such as AIDS.gov and FoodSafety.gov
