In the 2017 animated movie "Boss Baby", there was a trijet airliner (most likely an MD-11; there are no DC-10s in airline use at the time of production - all of them have been converted to freighters), but from the information available to me, there are currently no trijet airliners (with one engine on the tail) operating in the world - they have all been converted to freighters.
But I still don't understand why the producers didn't grasp that there are no trijet airliners with one engine on the tail are operating anywhere in the world.

Honestly, at least Chrs-chan's art has some rhyme and reason to it. This looks like a load of guff mashed together to create something that only makes sense to Bryce.

I would say "well Bryce is autistic, he has the mind of a child" however we already know Bryce has some idea of sexuality and has displayed fetishistic behaviours.
At the risk of sounding facetious, the quick and easy answer is :autism:.
However, it goes well beyond that. Bryce isn't just autistic; he has turbo-charged, weapons-grade autism. Then, on top of that, he has all these bizarre fetishes and/or some really twisted idea of sexualism that bleeds over into his work. And, for the cherry on top, his parental units don't seem to exert any sort of control over him (or, possibly, are just tired of him constantly chimping out) and apparently don't know or don't care that he posts borderline pedophilic content on Deviant Art.
