On top of that Ventura and Kern Counties will also send the Sheriff's/po po or fucking National guard to block the ways into there during an Earthquake event to keep the LA trash out. (Switch that to Militia during a boog.) I lived though the 1994 Northridge quake and during that event they had the local police blocking the roads and only let people with proof of residence in.
Without fed posting look at where the main military bases are. Oh shit right where they need to be to protect the people with money or who work in the military industry. So for people from the LA urban zone your only option out is through the Desert or Mexico.
All the areas around the Urban center's up North are still very much Red and hate all the city people who fucked up the state. Again use your imagination as any egress out can be shut down. It's easy to do because the state highway's in Cali were designed that way on purpose during the Cold War. Hate to break it to you but the rest of the Country also doesn't take to kindly to Californians for good reason. As I stated I lived through the Northridge Quake and as soon as I had the mean's I kept a SHTF Earthquake bag in my car at all times and co-workers thought I was cree-cree. That's your normal Cali NPC behavior.
Living in an Earthquake Zone but have no prep or any idea what to do since they love being cucks to the State. Everyone just drones along until it's too late. I couldn't take it anymore and GTFO'd for good around 2014. It took a minute to win over the locals because I was from Cali but now people will fuck with new transplants because of the times and how much worse Cali has gotten. If you live near a military base pray they're friendly to the resident's around but they will be too busy keeping their family and friendly's protected instead of you. Again look where all the wealthy and military industries are in relation to National Guard and other Military out posts to figure what their mission will be in the event of Civil unrest/Boog or Earthquake.
